Private studio, centrally located - 5min to beach!
- Come enjoy our cottage located in the private, gated Isla Vista Estate, a premier St Thomas Legacy Property that was a former Governor`s home. It is located above the Marriott and is convenient to town and beaches. The cottage features a private deck with gas grill, queen bed, convertible chair/bed for an additional guest (2 adults 1 child max). The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, fridge and microwave. The studio has been recently renovated with new furnishings.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement.
