Property great, actually 40 steps to the beach and pool. Pool is fabulous, beach id quaint and perfect. Ate at the Caribbean Seafood restaurant, twice. Delicious, great service. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. Plenty of everything. Host, answered my text within minutes. Perfect trip!

Lovely Stay in Cowpet Bay

Our family visited this property in observance of Spring Break and it did not disappoint! The condo is perfectly situated and accommodated multiple generations with ease. The view is amazing with both the beach and pool being only steps away from the unit. The owner was more than helpful and a breeze to work with. We checked out wishing we could stay just one more day. We will be back!

Wonderful condo, proximity to the pool and beach was wonderful. There are two different places to eat at the adjacent resort and that made it very nice to just enjoy the condo and beach all day and not have to worry about getting around the island right away. There were three couples with us and everyone had plenty of space and privacy.

Mother's Day in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in St. Thomas. The location was just steps away from the pool, beach, and two excellent restaurants, which was super convenient. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were cozy. Quite a few cats are roaming the property. We rented a car from the airport, which was about a 30-minute drive, and it was more affordable than taking taxis throughout the trip. The grocery store was only 5-8 minutes away, and the ferry to St. John was just as close, perfect for our planned excursions. There was a brief issue with the water one day, but the property manager was very responsive. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. This was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and we'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful getaway in St. Thomas.

Another great STT trip!

Beautiful condo, close to pool and beach. Not far from Red Hook, Sapphire and Coki. Kitchen stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. We explored the island during the day and enjoyed the pool, pool bar, beach and restaurants at night. John even accommodated us when our flights were cancelled and we had to spend another day/night in paradise! We’d love to come back again ASAP!

Yes the building is a bit older, but we had no problems with water pressure or anything; we did follow the well written guidelines provided by the owner. The property was recently updated as described, clean, and comfortable. Probably could have a bit more casual seating indoors, but we didn't visit to sit around inside, we came to enjoy the outdoors! Dining table and bar seating were more than adequate for our group of 7 family members. Pool was nice, and beach was quiet and relaxing.

The location is good. It has a pretty view of the pool and the ocean in distance. It is gated and we felt safe. The access to beach is nice and the property is overall ok. We stayed in smaller unit before that was much nicer and well stocked. This unit can easily be improved by adding the following items: waste paper baskets in each bathroom or bedroom, a plunger, adding some chairs and small table to the master bedroom balcony to enjoy the view and to hang wet stuff (out of view of course). More towels needed in kitchen and baths. If they add those things, I would have given a higher rating. But overall a decent place just needs a few more items to make it a better stay.

Perfect Place in Paradise

My family and I were so happy and impressed with where we were located and with the property itself! We overlooked the swimming pool restaurants and beach and were front and center for EVERY sunrise! All of the furniture is new and comfortable, especially the beds. Every room has its own bathroom which makes cleaning up for the next event for 6 people take no more than 45 mins even with a teenage daughter! AC units pump out PLENTY of cold air at night to make sleeping a breeze. The entire property is extremely convenient for families. Definitely will look for this listing for next year’s vacation. Oh yeah, the manager and owner are responsive within minutes if not immediately.

The Price is right

The location in proximity to Red Hook is great. The price is where it should be for the accommodations. Plenty of space and beds, everything you could need in the kitchen,, and a great view in the morning! A few things to note that we're not: many of the doors were inoperable, presumably from the saltwater. The main level bathrooms had the worst smell after using the toilet or shower. We were there for a week and it seemed to get worse with time, almost unbearable! Little hiccup with finding the access code simply because I didn't have internet. It mentioned going to the office or checking in at the gate but with check-in being at 4:00 and the office closing then that was not helpful. Once we got in though the accommodations were as expected. Plenty of towels, Beach chairs, reusable bags, etc. Overall worth the price just know what you're getting. The beach was great, the pool was fine. Lots of cat droppings!

All that we needed

What a wonderful place to spend New Years as a family! Out first time to the USVI. They don’t use addresses here, so just tell the taxi driver Cow Pet Bay West. They’ll know where to go. Recommend renting a car from John as well, we used it daily. This condo had a great location. We wanted a quiet place away from the cruises & airports, we got it! We were minutes from plenty of places to eat, the car ferry to St John, Coral World & more. We took two excursions with Cruz Bay Water Sports that left from The Ritz Carlton, walking distance from the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On the beach just in front of the house the kids built tunnels & sand castles, went snorkeling, saw a sting ray, conch & starfish. We also did a night kayak trip with the clear & lit up bottom of the boat (highly recommend). This 3bed/3bath had all we needed. Well stocked kitchen. The beautiful sunrise over the pool & beach were beyond amazing. Wish I could post photos to the review. As a host John was great, he responded promptly & did all he could to help.

Wonderful week in the sunshine

Just back from our vacation to St Thomas, wow, what an incredible experience. The island is fantastic, tons to do, good local culture. If you haven’t been, I really recommend checking it out. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The layout allowed tons of space, and privacy. We could put kids to sleep and still sit upstairs and have a drink or play cards at night which was nice. Everything was clean and felt brand new, maybe we were the first to stay? Regardless, clearly John pays attention to details. Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels and beach towels. Now, location! Wow, Cowpet bay turned out to be our favorite beach on the entire island. It’s a good atmosphere, calm but still active and lively. There’s a pool bar and a few restaurants which we happily ate at, at least one meal each day. Kids loved the pool and the swim thru cave, was great to know we didn’t have to pack the car and ‘go’ anywhere, everything we needed was at Cowpet. Kids rented paddle boards off the beach one day too, which was great fun to watch. All in all, will absolutely be going back, and wouldn’t hesitate booking with John again. Great guy

Great, BUT . . .

The main problems that I had: 1) I was looking for a place to take my 10 MO grandson to the ocean. This seemed perfect in the description and pictures - a high chair in the dining room and a travel crib. My correspondence with the owner was all about having an infant. There is a picture of the pool and clearly there is a toddler. After booking but before arrival, the resort rules sent state that children in diapers can't use the pool. We accepted that as the focus was on the ocean anyway. Upon arrival, there was no crib. A frantic text to the PM was required and she said that no one told her there would be a need. Also, there is no child-friendly dishes, cups, etc as everything was glass. 2) There was a dearth of products for cleaning. The hand soaps at each sink looked and felt as though they had just been topped with water instead of being replaced. For only one sink, no problem, but for all three bathrooms and the kitchen to be the same is just ridiculous. And, for how much the stay is, a courtesy shampoo/conditioner would have been nice. Our stay was for five nights and there was one-tenth of a paper towel roll supplied. A text to the PM on day 2 asking for more said "aren't there any there?" to which I replied No. We ended up having to buy some. 3) There were no wastebaskets in any of the bathrooms (or in the upstairs). Slightly odd for an owner who is careful about what goes into the septic. 4) The I/O shower is not. It's a shower w/a door opening to outside.
