Our home is very spacious, which allows lots of private time if needed or is great for groups, couples or multi-generational families.

Check-ins are Saturday, for 6 or 7 days.
We may consider other rental dates at the owner’s discretion.
Holidays: CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR weeks are 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday and nonrefundable.
Longer rentals require 12 nights if 2 weeks are taken. Require a Saturday or Sunday Check-ins.

OUR BASE RENTAL RATE IS BASED ON 10 GUEST and 5 bedrooms.
This gets you the main house with 3 bedrooms and main house lower level with 2 bedrooms.
The 6th bedroom is an additional charge and adds the cottage, bedroom with king, living room with TV, bath and kitchen area.

DESCRIPTION
There are three parts to our home which all have access to our very private Infinity pool and hot tub.
THE MAIN HOUSE
3 bedrooms.
The master Bedroom has two bathrooms. And TV.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have their own bath or can be used as a family suite.
Large Kitchen, dining area, seats up to 12 inside and up to 12 at table out by the pool and a large living room with large screen TV, just to kick back.
Easy access to the swimming pool from all bedrooms
THE LOWER LEVEL MAIN HOUSE
Accessed by the outside stairs to lower level by pool.

COTTAGE

This is located 8 feet east of main house kitchen by way of a covered breezeway and has a bedroom with king size bed, bath, kitchen, living room with TV and a private deck.
Great for a couple that wants just a little more privacy.
DECKS
Upper deck has a large covered veranda with lots of places to relax.
There is a large deck right on the ocean from both upper and lower levels.
From the lower deck these are 20 steps down to the ocean for great snorkeling and kayaking.
POOL
Located off upper deck 35 feet above the ocean, spectacular view with total privacy. Close to all bedrooms and the kitchen.

There are three Pak and plays for infants but we do not set them up.
Any liability resulting from improper set up is the renter’s responsibility!

New for all the following
5 AC units, solar generator, updated paint, 3 bedroom outfits, dishwasher, furniture in cottage, linens, blinds, grill, lounge chairs, roof, hot tub control, now a salt water pool and more.
Snorkel out the front door or just kick back by the Infinity pool and relax.
Villa St Thomas is a very private location located on 353 feet of ocean front. Our private association beach is a 400 yard easy walk or a .5 mile drive to Lindquist or Sapphire beach.
We are one mile west of Red Hook and all the local dining spots, one mile west of the ferry that goes to St John and BVI, and one half mile east of the famous Lindquist Beach
