Courteous staff, friendly bar tender in the courtyard. Rooms are comfortable and the location is a good base to be close to the airport and also explore the island. Parking was easy and the hotel has a secure, gated lot. Location is walkable to nice restaurants and shops.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff. Especially older day time security and bellman. Unfortunately, hotel does not live up to it's great potential. A large hotel with fabulous possibilities, the best location in Charlotte Amalie,but restaurants, bars,etc are closed. Terrible to see that! They need someone with some imagination, to make it an absolute place to be.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving on the ferry for sailing, the hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are dated but the staff was wonderful and helpful with anything we needed. Also we had breakfast the next morning there and it was really good. Its also walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and the Smith Ferry is across the street which is nice and you dont need a taxi. Airport is also a few miles away so very close.
