"The villa is beautiful, spacious, has character. The high ceiling in the lounge is stunning, the view over the hills to the sea is great. The garden contains a number of quite interesting plants. With its central location (in relation to the road network), the villa makes an excellent basis to explore the entire island.
Both, the owner and the caretaker, are very helpful and easily approachable.
Thanks a lot for letting us stay at your villa, we had a great time!"

"In the ad it said that we were getting the whole house, however we couldn't use the downstairs and it also said there was a washer that didn't happen those were the only downfalls, besides that it was awesome."

"Absolutely incredible! Jackie is a very special host who made us feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to experience Bequia’s beauty and culture. The house is a treasure. Five balconies! The private courtyard with a pool. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge dining room table for group dinners. Never wanted to leave!"

"The old fort is a place like no other I've ever been to. The setting is atop a hill with almost 360 views of the ocean from the tower room where we stayed. The breezes were delightful and I even had to ask for a blanket. Other rooms have air conditioning if you want, but we liked the rustic top floor. Quirin and Otmar were perfect hosts, regaling us with stories of life on Bequia, archeology, philosophy, and the vision and hard work that went into turning a ruin into a paradise.
