"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

"A great location. On one of the main squares and less than 10 minutes from Market Square. It’s safe and easy to walk around. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it seemed expensive compared with the rest of Poznan but it looked nice if you didn’t mind that.
The room was a good size and the shower was good. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite every time we needed them "
"Poznan is very easy to get around using buses and trams for very little. The Platinum Residence Hotel has a good restaurant.
The room however felt like we were staying in the Attic. My wife bumped her head on the sloping ceiling more than once. The bathroom had a walk in shower, but the water tended to go every where"
