"Amazing place to stay, the back porch swing over looking the pond. Kayaks to fish the pond, caught large mouth bass and black crappie. The cabin is a clean and beautiful place to stay. Was also very impressed with how kid friendly it is. They even have a pack and play in the cabin if you need one. Will definitely be back to this cabin in the future "

"The house had everything we needed for the long weekend for our family and kiddos. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and we greatly appreciated the fenced in backyard and outdoor seating for some spectacular late-summer mornings. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to both university campuses and plenty of excellent restaurants and activities."

"Our group of eight really enjoyed our time at this house. There was so much room to do so many fun things. There were game tables and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the various decks and pool area. The pool was kept in excellent condition for our entire stay, which included a few visits by the pool maintenance person keeping the chemicals in balance and the floor vacuumed. We were very impressed. You couldn’t see any other houses from the property which made it feel extra special like a relaxing getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay. Very close to many activities in Durham in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean with most appliances available. The pool was broken with a smaller alternative available, which was disappointing but was communicated prior. The owner had great communication. "
