I recently stayed at La Quinta and had a generally positive experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always makes a big difference when traveling. The beds were also very comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. That said, I am glad to hear the hotel is getting a revamp. The room showed some wear, including visible cracks and areas that clearly need more than just a fresh coat of paint. With some updates and attention to those details, this property has the potential to be excellent. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the great staff and comfy beds.

We requested a handicap accessible room as I am an amputee and received a room on the 5th floor that had just a rickety metal shower chair as the "accessible" accommodation. I understand that the hotel is being renovated but the room was NOTHING like the pictures online so BEWARE.
