The staff was friendly and helpful. The path to the rooms was as challenging with luggage, for the disabled or elderly, you must go up two sets (short) of stairs or use an old, very small and slow elevator. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub needs updating and the water would not drain.

Great value, in easy range of LaGuardia. Condition of the property is admittedly a bit rough, but that is acknowledged in the notices posted that the hotel is undergoing renovation, so perfectly understandable. Front desk staff was exceedingly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Great stay.

Room was smelly mold and dust, the unit for cooling and heating when you turn on smells very bad,the tube at the shower was draining very slowly. Staff was good, parking was good. Breakfast not good very limit menu.

My room was clean, private and quiet. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. Breakfast was very good. The only disappointment was it took management seven days to try to return my security deposit and by then unfortunately I had changed my bank card so it took longer for me to get my money back.

Decent location with close proximity to a decent diner. Rooms were clean albeit worn out. Bathroom in particular was in dire need of renovation. Sound insulation was nonexistent and we were woken up by other guests in the hallway.

The room was cleaned at a reasonable rate. I have been at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. It has been in a constant state of renewal. As a person who uses a wheelchair I am disgusted that better Arrangements have not been made for disabled patrons. There is a tiny rickety elevator one must travel in to get to any of the rooms. In the event of an emergency exiting quickly is impossible and dangerous. It should be a priority immediately. Finally the staff covering the front desk in the evening was polite but in the morning no one was there for checkout. Some persons were hanging out in the area where breakfast is available. Better care should be taken of your patrons and finish the repairs already.

I enjoyed my stay and my room was very clean and enjoyable and quiet and private . Breakfast was very good… The only disappointment was how long it took for the management to return my security deposit.
