  • This charmingly remodeled waterfront home rests on a tranquil cove in Sebago Lake Basin. The property boasts modernized systems, appliances, and deluxe wood and tile flooring. Outside, the well-manicured lawn slopes gently down to a large sandy beach with a gradual entry to the water, complete with a dock that can accommodate up to a 20' boat. Take advantage of the property's two kayaks, canoe, and rowboat to explore the basin and take in stunning views of the surrounding area. Sebago Lake is a spacious lake that offers plenty of opportunities for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, providing over 40 miles of boatable waterway. This prime location also offers proximity to a plethora of shopping and recreational activities so you can experience all that the Sebago Lake Region has to offer!
