"Most friendly staff I’ve envountered at a hotel in years! So clean. Great restaurant! Wonderful service there from melissa. Delicious food. Pool was clean and big. Area around pool was great to gather. Perfect for sports teams!!"

"This was a nice, quiet stay. For a small town, and an older looking place, the owners put a lot of work into the rooms and they did a good job. I couldn't figure out how to turn the a/c on and called the office. They came right away and turned it on, and explained it as well. They respect your privacy and were nice."

"Great place to stay. Beautiful and cozy. The hostess has thought of everything! Plenty of room for kids and adults. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It is on a quiet road, but close to anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again. Sunrises are AMAZING!"

Nature`s Nest Lakeside

"The cabin was cute and comfortable and all we expected and more. We loved having the marsh right outside. Having a full wall of windows facing the lake made bird watching and sunrises amazing! Without even leaving the cabin, we saw sandhill crane, swans, ducks and geese, great egrets, red headed woodpeckers, kingfishers and several types of sparrows. Once outside we added a bald eagle to our list. Wonderful place to call home for a few days. We didn'e end up taking the kayaks out, but they and the gear looked great. Maybe next time (if it ever warms up!) We really, really emjoyed our stay and will likely go back."
