Best night of our holiday

The whole experience was amazing, the tent was in excellent condition. I wished we stayed for longer. Definitely recommend anyone from the city to stay for 3-7 nights to rewind and enjoy the nature.

The tent is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The Wi-Fi is really poor. Bit disappointed that there is no welcome food hamper, particularly as the shop closes at 5pm and the on site restaurant didn’t open. The hot tub was full of murky water and there wasn’t enough wood for the fire and the hot tub. Felt it was a little expensive.

If you are planning to stay here you'll get zero communication in advance to warn you that you can only check in during a 4 hour afternoon window. Make sure you ask them to tighten your tent in advance or you'll wake up innumerable times per night thinking you're at Everest base camp. They don't tell you about a tiny little clip you must use, or your tent will be ransacked by baboons that the staff will accuse you of LYING about. Bring headlamps and power chargers because you might be without electricity for 24 hours and they don't have a generator, and don't even consider this place if you're disabled. No help, no grace, shocking. Compared to all other africamps this is awful disgrace. embarrassing.

Very disappointing as the bed was broken and also the straps to roll up the front entrance and after mentioning in nobody really cared it seemed.
