I was disappointed that we were charged 2 miscellaneous booking fees 11.50 and 116.73, it was not clear why we were change twice and what they covered, I would appreciate you letting me know what these charges are for. I have used STAYZ previously and do not remember 2 booking fees being charged."

The only negative was that we were expecting ducted a/c and it had been removed so the bedrooms were a little warm - but cool nights helped. We had a lovely week, thankyou. "
