We're so sorry to hear you felt your stay involved a lot of cleaning - we do ask our guests to complete a set of small tasks before departing, just to get the process going for some of the more time-consuming tasks, like starting a load of towels in the washer. Hello, thank you very much for your feedback and your review. We are very sorry you had such trouble getting up the hill to the cabin - as you mentioned, we do have 4WD/AWD recommended on the listing, and we have since moved it higher up on the listing in the hope it is better seen. In regards to the closed road, we do detail the closed road on the map we send to guests, and we have since placed signage there as well, but do apologize about any confusion there. We are sorry we were not able to tow you to the cabin ourselves - unfortunately, we do not have the means to do so, which is why we presented the number for the towing company. We're sorry to hear the hot tub was not quite to temp upon your arrival - when the hot tubs are not in use, they can sometimes go into sleep mode which is why we instructed to try leaving the top off for a bit, as that usually resolves the issue. Thank you for your feedback regarding the checkout instructions - we do ask our guests to do a couple of small tasks, like starting a load of towels in the washer before departure as it is very helpful to housekeeping and ensures they have plenty of time to do a thorough cleaning at the cabins, but we do take your feedback seriously and will pass that on to management. We're sorry you feel there are too many fees - I know you inquired about early check-in, which does require a fee, but we do have this fee mentioned on the listing as well in the rental agreement, so we do apologize if this came as a surprise. I'm not seeing other fees on the reservation outside of the cleaning fee, which is part of every reservation, so I'm not sure if the fees being referenced are the travelers' fees - these are associated with any VRBO booking, being a third-party booking, and should show at the time a reservation is made. As far as the housekeeping staff, we're sorry if you felt rushed. As it was past checkout time, as you stated, and the staff likely had multiple cabins to clean that day, they were likely just trying to ensure they could begin work when you'd left, but we had no intention of coming across as rude, and we will pass this feedback on to them.
