Great Cabin Getaway
First off, we would go out of our way to stay here again. The property was beautiful and the pictures of the cabin do not do it justice. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when you send a message. The cabin and property were immaculately clean and ammenities were very well kept.This has been added as a must stay next time we are in the area.

Perfect base for Red River Gorge exploring
The container cabin exceeded our expectations, even though the photos in the listing are excellent. It's a unique, creative, and smart place, with everything where you think it should be. The setting is stunning, and it's spotlessly clean. We especially loved the covered porch and the hot tub. We are already thinking of our next trip back!

Unique stay exceeded our expectations
Our family loves staying in unique places and this one did not disappoint. It was exactly like the pictures and the view watching the sunrise was amazing from the covered porch. It was conveniently located near all the hiking we wanted to do! I would definitely recommend!

A few friends and I celebrated a birthday at Amanda's property this past weekend and it couldn't have gone any better! Communication was clear, the cabin was clean, and OH MY GOD THE BEDS. These are the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in at a cabin. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The entire town was deceiving!! Everything looks small and run down, I promise you it is not! Go inside the shops and restaurants, it’s worth it. The container cabin looks small in the pictures but once you step in, you’ll want to move in. Amazing experience.

We loved our stay!
We had the best weekend at Red River Gorge! The hiking and weather were AMAZING and better yet, we got to enjoy this wonderful cabin! We enjoyed coffee on the open air porch and after a couple of long days of hiking we got to enjoy a beautiful view by the fire and soaked in the hot tub under the stars. The cabin was spotless and had all of the comforts of home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Hope to stay again in the future!

Amanda's place was perfect! My bestfriend and I had never been to RRG area. This place was easy to find with the help of very specific directions from Amanda (very much appreciated :-)) The Hot Tub, the fire pit, the floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view...I could go on and on! Great scenic area
We had a wonderful time at this "storage cabin." It was comfortable and modern. The area is gorgeous although by mid-November, a number of attractions are shut down for the winter. Still, we'd come back again!

Perfect spot in RRG!
This Shipping Container Cabin has a perfect location and is close to many hiking trails within the Red River Gorge Area. It is in a quiet area with a nice fire pit and jacuzzi. The cabin has a great size and was clean and well maintained. We used the jacuzzi every night and it was perfect after hiking all day. Loved our stay and would come again!

Great location and very clean!
Very clean property with a lot of space for 4 adults. Hot tub and fire pit was perfect after long days of hiking. No more than 20-30 minutes from great trails and good eats! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. FYI - The upper part of both bedrooms are open so there is absolutely no sound isolation. Each bedroom can hear any talking or conversation throughout. I assume they did this because of the primary HVAC unit and design.

Coolest Container Cabin Nestled in the Kentucky Hills
Arrived late into evening of stay, but was as WOW'd by the sight of property in person as much as photos from listing. Spacious interior, lots of room to spread out. Bedrooms separated by Living Space. Adorable + modern open-style Kitchen/Dining Setup. Utilized side patio seating for coffee in the morning as well as Lawn Chairs around Firepit. Hot tub clean + cozy w/ active jets for tired muscles. Awoke to a beautiful vista view from front windows. A great place to land while traveling, a true gem for those looking for something different.

I wouldn't change anything about this place. My wife and I stayed here with our 4 year old. We liked the fact that there were not sketchy stairs like normal cabins. The view was great and it was very modern. We would love to come back next visit.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!
This property was amazing from start to finish! The photos in the listing did not do this property justice 😁 this was the perfect place to stay! Everything was spacious and very clean, with a nice view! Our host, Amanda, had great communication with us, she provided clear and accurate directions to get us to the property safely. Everything about RRG exceeded our expectations! The local food was amazing, there were near by hiking trails, cave kayaking, swimming holes. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to escape without a lot of hassle.

Great Stay Even Though Weather Was Poor
Property is well maintained and has a very pleasant vibe to it. Many amenities available to make your stay accommodating. One complaint, although May have been due to the weather, we were not able to get any wifi to our phones. It would connect and say not connected to internet and we were not able to use it. Also, be aware that there is very spotty cell phone service. So if you need to use the phone you will need to go down the road a little. Again, this May all be due to the inclement weather during our stay. Amanda has done a great job with the space and to be honest not having a form of communication outside of the cabin was sort of nice and gave us the break we needed! Will return for sure. Thanks

Absolutely lovely property! The road to get there is a bit odd and narrow, but the property itself is worth the drive. Very cozy and stays very cold which was great for our late June visit. The view is great, especially for watching rhe sun rise. Highly recommend!

Great Stay - Lots of Character
My spouse and I loved this stay. Oftentimes, rental properties look a lot nicer in photos than they do in person. This place, however, looks identical! The shipping container is super cool and has lots of character; I'm sure our stay in the Red River Gorge area will forever be remembered by the time we stayed in the shipping container. The firepit was a nice little bonus and the bed was much more comfortable than the average hotel bed. While it wasn't a problem for us, I will note that the bathroom is pretty small. The shower was small enough to make me a bit claustrophobic when showering solo and the bathroom vanity doesn't really allow much space for applying makeup. Again, not a deal breaker for us but might be challenging for someone with limited mobility or requiring/desiring more space. We would not hesitate to return to this property in the future, or any other property owned by Amanda for that matter.

Nice storage cabin!
My husband and I like to get away to RRG once a year and this place was very secluded with a great view out of the living room! Not too far from Natural Bridge State Park (10 minutes) or any of the local restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed the bed. It was super comfortable and the cabin was clean and beautiful. Amanda’s place was just what we needed! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. My wife and I are teachers, and this was the perfect place to rest, recover, and recharge. Our host was very good about answering any questions in a timely fashion. She also gave us many wonderful recommendations on what to do while visiting Red River Gorge. It was a blast! If you’re planning on a trip to the Red River Gorge, you need to stay here!

Great stay for rock climbing trip!
I’ve started taking my 11 year old on an annual rock climbing trip to RRG. This was our second year and we love staying here. Perfect place to stay and only about 10 minutes from great crags. I would bring additional blankets because it does get a bit chili in early April evenings. Thanks!
