"Property was not well maintained, is in need of some serious renovations. Evening/night staff were not remotely friendly; they were not rude but customer service was not particularly strong. The room was not particularly clean either. At first glance the surfaces and beds appeared overall clean but we found a wad of what appeared to be tissues in the sheets of the bed."

"Phones did not work in the hotel room. Breakfast selection was not outstanding but was adequate. Awakened at 2:40 AM with a couple fighting in the hallway both verbally and physically. Had the phone been working in our room I could have called the front desk to report. At times during the night the air conditioning stopped cooling. could have provided bottled water in the refrigerator as the icemaker on the third floor was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice."
