"We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids under seven and one grandparent) and we stayed at Purley for three nights. The property is well sized and sparingly but tastefully furnished. The kitchen has lots of kids crockery but the board games are ancient or have bits missing so bring your own. The outdoor space at the back needs some love and isn’t very child friendly (brambles, steep uneven steps) but we didn’t spend much time there as the beach is 5 mins walk away. "Well equipped and prepared cottage in a great location. Close to main shopping area and two blocks away from beach. Council car park alongside. If you're staying for a week £25 permit is a good buy for parking here and in other East Devon car parks. We.ve had a great holiday!"

"Just come home from a lovely stay at the Hayloft. Within minutes of being there Magic the cat was saying hello and then we had Honey (one of the dogs). Our dog Lucky was so excited having new friends. The setting was so peaceful all you could hear were the birds. Highly recommend staying here. Well done Andy and Rosie your doing a great job.xxx"

"Great Hotel in superb location right in the middle of Lyme Regis. We were initially worried about parking, but on the day that we stayed there were plenty of places to park at the hotel and the car booking in system straightforward. We ate an evening meal in the hotel restaurant - typical pub fare but a few things were unavailable. Staff levels slightly low. Breakfast was really good, the staff very attentive and managed to customise my breakfast exactly as I wanted. "

"Conveniently situated only 5 minutes drive from my first appointment of the following day, I got checked in with a warm reception from the staff. I have stayed there twice before so had an idea of what to expect. I had one of the external ground floor rooms which made it easier to go back and forth to the car park. Having dines there previously, I did so again and was well looked after with some sumptious food provided for a very reasonable cost. The room itself was spacious, clean and provided everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty which was the only drawback. The surrounding area allowed for an hour long walk with lovely scenery. The shower was very powerful and the bed comfy for a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was amazing with some locally sourced ingredients to get the day started off right. Can't wait to be back here again."
