"The room was very spacious and clean. It was in the heart of everything! We were only one minute away from the best restaurants, the marina, the beach, the grocery store to stock up on drinks / waters. It was only a minute away from Lola's a fun bar just up the stairs. The management team was so generous to give us extra time in the morning to pack up and catch the ferry. I highly recommend staying here!"

Hotel Teranea

10/10 Excellent

"Staying at Hotel Terranea was an absolute pleasure, Nina and her team were excellent. This is a small town based hotel which is a 15 minute walk to the harbour, downhill and quite an uphill walk back in the heat, you could get a readily available cab if you wanted. The pools are small but perfect for cooling off in. We had a great stay, thanks again Hotel Terranea team."

"From the moment I arrived at the hotel staff were welcoming and made me feel like I was at home, before I had even checked in the concierge asked my name and took my luggage up to my room while I completed my check in. Every day the wonderful staff asked how my day was and if I was enjoying my time on Hvar and were interested in having a conversation rather than just asking a question as most hotel staff will do as they are expected to this was very different they cared about the guests that are staying at the Riva Marina hotel. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Hvar."

"This property is true luxury from the private location to how staff accommodates you as a guest. I was not ready to leave. They do not miss a beat from midweek cookies being sent to the room to special touches as we celebrated our anniversary. I will definitely be back. "Fabulous holiday, lovely hotel and pools, quite a few steps down to the beach which was expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful however just perhaps felt not enough of them to serve drinks. Not wanting to sound spoilt but when you book 5* I would have expected a little better service. Buffet food was lovely but the a la carte was not included perhaps my misunderstanding. Free water would have been pleasant especially throughout the day and evening meal."

"First off the location is amazing - right on the beach - the hotel has plenty of umbrellas and chairs to rent for the day, beach towels come with your room, and we had a beautiful beach side view and a sliding door that walked right out onto the patio. Second, the staff was attentive and accommodating. They arranged transportation for us from the ferry to the hotel, booked a car to the airport, and also gave suggestions on the best ways to get around town for site seeing. Would highly recommend and would definitely want to stay there again if we ever make it to Croatia again."
