"Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist."

"The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!"

"Everything about the property was great except the fact that no one could watch TV because the internet was out. Not the host fault but did make for a boring stay while we were there. Aside from that we had absolutely no complaints! It was a beautiful house!"

"My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!"

"We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives...

"We were in town for a sports tournament and this house met all of our needs. We loved the quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and darts. Will was a great host. We will stay again when we come back in the fall."

"Classic old home with lots of character! Have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Comfy beds. Would love to see a taller toilet upstairs like the one on the main level. Need to get the yard in shape, looked pretty rough. Close to the St. Johns river, Friday nite food truck and live entertainment. Would stay again!"

"All the comforts of home in this getaway on the river. Watch the wildlife while sitting on the huge porch or read a book while relaxing in the hammock. The dock is inviting, offering more opportunities to get close to nature. The house is clean; everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable. Great place to get away from the hectic demands of everyday life. Good access to visit St. Augustine. Highly recommended."
