"Unique building in an outdoor area. 3 stories with elevator between 1&2. Third (for 3 rooms) only reached via stairs. Nice common area with coffee, tea, microwave and snacks for purchase. Our room under the eves was comfortable once we were told about heating thermostat. Innkeeper very friendly and accommodating."

"We did a 2 week trip through New England, visiting family and searching for Fall color! This place was in a whole different class from anyplace we stayed, it was one of the nicest properties we've ever rented from VRBO. Clean, traditional log construction but with ALL modern amenities. Frankly, we wish we could have traded the 2 days we spent in Portsmouth NH for 2 days more at this house! Steve was a great communicator, we wish we could give this place more stars!"
