"I've stay here on a few trips to Lubbock and back. That's bern a few years. The property is beginning to signs of wear and tear, do a refresh would be recommended. The room was nice, clean and QUIET. Just the way I lije it when traveling. The desk staff (GM om particilar) was polite and accomodating. Check in, check out were a breeze. If you want to get away from the hub bub of downtown or traffic (the loop), I recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful, loved the outdoor fireplace. Was disappointed that several menu items were no longer available, such as the Shiner Bock ice cream. "

"Stayed on first floor. Second floor guest might as well be in the room with you, as even light steps echoed through the room. Bathroom fan either didn’t work or wasn’t even present, was like a sauna after a short shower. The smoke alarm has an obnoxiously bright light that flashes randomly. We’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express"

"We had a great time on this trip in Lbk. This home was quite lovely and extremely clean. Our main concerns are cleanliness and safe. This home was both plus more. New and nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t cook there but we did have coffee in the mornings and in the evening we played games and had take out. We were celebrating our son’s 30th birthday so it was a perfect gathering place for all of our family. Loved the large dinning table for dinner and card games. Also great floorplan/layout for families. For some this neighborhood is prolly too far from most places in town but our son lives just down the road so it was the perfect area for us. Overall very nice home. "
