"Our stay at the Marriott in Quito was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everyone was helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, including the lobby, common areas, and lovely koi ponds. We upgraded our room to include Executive Lounge access, which was absolutely worth it. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony and the amazing views of Quito. Housekeeping was also exceptional, with great attention to detail each day. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was very quiet, making it easy to relax and sleep well. My only small suggestion would be softer bedsheets, as they felt a little rough. Aside from that minor detail, we truly had no complaints. I would 100% recommend the Marriott Quito for families, business travelers, couples, or anyone visiting the city. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, great food, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel was very good. The main point was the service. The staff were amazing. From the receptionist to the lady who served breakfast, as well as the concierge who was very helpful even before I arrived. The people were just plain friendly and helpful. For me the only negative was no heat in the room. That probably was throughout the hotel but I don't know that for certain. It wasn't that cold in the room but heat would have been nice. I am overlooking that to still give this place 5 stars!"
