The Best Stay Ever

A truly all round enjoyable stay from my entire group! The Lodge is the perfect place for a large group with a wide age range. Everything we needed was there already or easily accommodated. A top tier experience with attentive hosts, beautiful scenery and yard, spacious, and space to comfortably hold a very large family.

Wonderful home! Perfect for a family reunion!

This home is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect location for our family gathering! We made use of the huge chef's kitchen, multiple dining areas, the game tables downstairs, and the fire pit. All was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and just gorgeous. The owners answered all of our questions to help us plan our weekend and were fantastic to work with! Highly recommend!

Great place for a Penn State visit!

What an amazing house! Fourteen of us from three families stayed here for a PSU football weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Eric and Genny were so easy to communicate with and were so flexible with our check in/check out times. It’s in a super tranquil location with an easy 18 minute ride into the heart of State College. We all would happily stay here again!

This place is fantastic!

I cannot convey how amazing this lodge is. We had a group of 15 and had well more than enough space for everyone. Correspondence with Eric was totally seamless and he even accommodated a slightly earlier checkin which was very much appreciated. I would return here 10 times out of 10.

Incredible experience for a family gathering

Your Lodge is incredible in just about every way! It is well designed for entertaining large parties and is well equipped with all the necessities. The views are great, especially at sunset. Besides food, the lodge had everything we needed in abundance, and kids and adults both had a great time. Absolutely the cleanest vacation house that we've ever rented. Thank you so much for sharing it. We hope to return someday!

Extended family get-together

The property is beautifully built and maintained. The kitchen is lavishly furnished, with everything you could want for cooking for a large crowd. We had 11 adults and 11 children staying for various parts of a week, and the owner made it work out seamlessly by providing extra beds as necessary. It rained nonstop for three days, but we still had a great time because there were so many things to do in the house (pool, ping pong, Foosball, board games, etc.).

New Years getaway

We had 16 adults and my 9 month old granddaughter. Everyone had a great time! The place was beyond clean. My wife is a clean freak and it passed her white glove test! The amenities were great and we used all of them. The owners/managers were in contact with us whenever we needed them. It was a weekend we’ll all talk about for years to come!

Fantastic house for an extended family gathering

It was clean and remarkably well maintained — it seemed like it was brand new. Despite being a rental property, the kitchen was spotless, and there were not even the minor scratches and dings that we expect to see in a rental home The owners clearly put a lot of thought into what would be convenient for us, with small, helpful amenities throughout the house. There were great entertainment options including the game room, and the expansive front and back yard, which were great for the kids to play in. There was plenty of room inside, so everyone could have their own space, but it was also very easy to gather in the common areas. We had a great day and I would certainly recommend this beautiful house in a nice setting.

Perfect Penn State Football Weekend

This house and property are incredible. The pictures are beautiful but it’s even better in person. We stayed here with a large group of extended family for a Penn State football game but we almost didn’t want to leave because the house had all the fun we needed. The game room was stocked with plenty of entertainment and the deck was lovely. The sunsets were gorgeous from the huge windows in the living room. The house is an easy drive to campus and Beaver Stadium and we were even able to avoid most of the game day traffic. Eric and Genny were very accommodating hosts; the house is so well cared for and they have everything you need ready and waiting for your group to enjoy. Book this place now, it’s a gem!

10 of us traveled from Atlanta to celebrate my moms 90th birthday with the rest of my family. This home was beyond AMAZING! The attention to detail that the owners provided was more than any rental we have stayed in. The basement had enough entertainment for everyone, I spent some time playing my favorite Highschool game, Galaga; my kids were impressed. This home had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms had everything needed. The master toilet, WOW! We will have one in our master very soon. The most comfortable beds, the laundry room stocked with 2 sets of washer and dryers and all the supplies needed. When I say “attention to detail” this review does not come close to explaining all the amazing things the owners thought of. Thank you very much for sharing your home.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The host was excellent to communicate with and the home had everything we needed to accommodate our large group. The house had everything we needed to cook big dinners, keep our teens entertained, and little touches to feel welcomed by the host. Completely Furnished

If you choose to stay at this cabin, you will not need to bring anything with you except your clothes and shoes. The cabin owners have thought of EVERYTHING you might need including towels to wipe the dogs' feet! Everything was perfect and we would definitely rent this cabin again when we come back to PA.
