"Set at the bottom of the old town, and very close to an area of bars and restaurants, this was perfectly placed. The rooms were a very good size and immaculately clean. They even had a mini bar in the rooms if required with snacks and drinks (soft and alcohol)
Breakfast was free with our stay and was fresh and plentiful. "

"Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Location is perfect for visiting old and new Plovdiv. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had to leave early for the bus to Velikov and the owner arranged for an (homemade) early breakfast and a taxi to the bus-station."

"I loved the property, and old wooden style house. I loved the room and the location.
However, the male manager at check-out treated me like a criminal that would skip out on the bill. Very unprofessional. He took a credit card for room payment, but would only take cash for parking. It made me suspicious of his work."
"Excellent well kept hotel next to Kaufland supermarket complex. Clean, quiet, spacious room. Gym well appointed. Lots of parking. Breakfast had good choices. Front desk very friendly and helpful."

"The Old Plovdiv House is a charming, seemingly recently renovated property right in the middle of all of the action in Plovdiv.
Check-in was quick and efficient.
My room was slightly small, but honestly that’s all I paid for. I assume other rooms are more spacious.

"Family of 4 stayed here August 2025. The room was excellent, just be aware I don’t think there is an elevator (I may be wrong). The character of the building with Byzantine-era walls was outstanding. Good breakfast. EXCELLENT location for Old Town Plovdiv. Staff was super-helpful with sorting parking.
