"Staff were friendly. Rooms were poorly cleaned and the restroom smelled horrendous. The hotel is not maintained well and it’s seems in the all scratches, dirty corners, and broken floors. I heard everything outside my room and around the hotel. Doors slamming, above tenants walking around, conversations, and car alarms. It was like sleeping in a tent outside."

"The room was fairly clean aside from hairs all over the shower curtain and damaged furniture. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent, if not limited. Our main issue was the noise. People were up fighting late into the night and we could hear everything through the thin walls and doors."

"Overall the room, location, and staff were really good—especially Rowena at the lobby front desk. The elevator from the parking garage not being operational was not good. Must get fixed ASAP."
