"Check in was easy. Location of room was right off the stair well so we could hear people going up and down all night. Price was right for a one night stay."

"The room was dirty. The guy on night shift said he couldn’t give me a receipt when I went to check out at 2:00am. I called back later the same morning at 8:30 am to check up on my receipt that was supposed to be emailed only to find out that he never checked me out at all. Tend was comfortable but the room was old and outdated, window had a crack, curtain hanging off, one of the lamps didn’t work, electric socket crooked,(you could see the inside of the wall. I won’t stay at this hotel again when I come back to the area."

"Despite the room being ready upon our arrival, we were still charged a $25 early check in fee when my very tired family simply needed access to the room. The in‑room kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which was appreciated. However, the room had a noticeable musky odor, likely due to the worn carpet. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay, so we were unable to use that amenity. Overall, it was a decent stay, though there were a few disappointments"

"Loud heater and air unit. Very noisy got no sleep between traffic going by loud rear unit keep coming in all hours and 18 years talking. "

"I was in Rochester NY for 3 solid days for The Shannon Joy Truth and Wellness Summit. I traveled by car in from Dayton Ohio. All I needed was a place to sleep and put my stuff while in N.Y. Red Roof Inn did that just fine. I'm a busker and I'm used to sleeping in my car overnight...so...having access to a full restroom facility, bed, tv, fridge, microwave...was adequate for me. I require very little. Warm..restroom and shower...secure place for my belongings was all met by Red Roof Inn. If you desire "The Hilton Experience" every time you sleep somewhere other than your house? You will despise RRI. But if you're a person like me who just needs adequate amenities for existence away from the house? You're good. Thanks Red Roof Inn. If I'm in that area of NY again? I'll come back. Peace.
