"There was ample parking, the room was clean, and staff was nice. There is an onsite restaurant, Petals, which is fine for meals, but it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast included with our room."

"Advertised as free breakfast, NO breakfast was offered at this location. Coffee and tea available 24/7, that's all. Rooms were horrible. The stench of smoke as we opened the door was so bad. And it lingered the entire time we were there. Toilet was not bolted down on either side and rocked as you were on it. Toilet seat slid around as well. The center faucet wiggled because it wasn't installed properly. Hot/cold handles were put on backwards. Took a bath and shower at the same time. An old bracket from a towel bar was still hanging on the wall. Flooring stuck up in places and almost cut our feet. Horrible place! Do not stay here! They should be paying us to stay!"

"We chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool and we wanted to exercise before we got on an airplane. However, the pool was closed due to a broken heater. Their breakfast was okay but certainly wasn't worth paying for when there's so many other restaurants around. There was a big rip carpet in front of our room. On the good side, the bed was really comfortable and the people were fairly nice. Nice. There is an exercise room with some weights and some treadmills."

"I Guess you get what you pay for but this place is awful. Horrible smell in room, filthy uncleaned room, breakfast is a joke. Pay a little bit more money and stay anywhere else "

"Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home. We were so impressed when we arrived - by both the amazing view of the lake from every part of the property and by the excellently maintained buildings, with every amenity you can think of! We hosted our family of 12 for our son's graduation celebration which was actally four different events over four days. This property was an easy 30 minute drive to RIT. Worth the drive to come back to the beautiful lake veiw. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pantry stored useful kitchen appliances, such at the toaster, and also, in a fantastic surprise for my seven year old nephew, the pantry held bins of fun building toys such as legos and magnatiles. While the weather did not cooperate fully for the lake or the pool, we used the brand new hot tub and it was a big hit, as was the game room with a pool table and ping pong. Whitney was a perfect host - immediately responding to my emails about our arrival time etc. This place is clearly a beloved home, not just an average rental. Book this beautiful property! You won't regret it!"
