The property also features 1 1/2 bathrooms with essential amenities like a hairdryer and shower. Lots of room. Has large Conference room with large table to have meetings or feed a large crowd. Lots of parking. Whether you're looking to relax or explore or host a meeting. Only .2 mile from downtown bars and restaurants. 2.5 miles from Georgia Southern Paulson Stadium. We have 3/4 acre of grass and parking lot for tailgating. Invite your friends to tailgate. Grills allowed. This enjoyable and amazing space is the perfect home base for your trip.
