This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is in an awesome location — just five minutes from GSU and the Convocation Center, and super close to downtown, Ogeechee Tech, tons of shopping, Veterans Memorial Parkway, Hwy 16 & 80, and the Metaplant. No matter why you’re here, you’ll be right in the middle of everything.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located. It has a large, private backyard and ample parking. The layout is perfect for any group - rather you are a family looking for lots of play space or a group of friends looking to gather for a memorable stay. Both bathrooms have full size tubs and double vanities. Each bedroom has a 50” smart tv, blackout curtains, and overhead fans. The master suite features a king size bed and the other three bedrooms each have queen size beds.
