We are a non smoking hotel but some guest choose to violate this policy. We appreciate guest who follow policy for the comfort of all guest. IT's a time consuming process to remove smoke from the property. It takes multiple cleaning applications. Fire safety is never an inconvenience no matter the situation.

Easy off/on access is very convenience to keep you traveling in your travels.

We are an older property but maintain a fresh clean hotel per Brand, AAA and Health Department inspections. We have an update scheduled to refresh and provide a new look in the near future.

We do have a bar and lounge but have experienced high turnover rate with bar tenders, and the bar closes in between the hotel recruiting a bar tender to fill this position. We apologize for any inconvenience this might of caused as we continue to work through this situation post covid which has resulted in challenging job retentions.

While this guest was concerned about cleanliness, we have received exceptional cleanliness scores from Brand, AAA and Health Departments. We are an older property and at the end of lifespan of last renovation and do have another renovation scheduled for the near future. We wish this guest engaged our staff and we could of resolved this by providing another room. Our staff is here to assist with any needs or concerns our guest might have.

Truck parking is very limited on main drive that parcels the hotel parking. Staff can assist when help is needed on where to park.

We’re glad everything was great but that tiny issue you mention. Our commercial provide that oversees that has been notified.

Safe is always important. Our room refreshers will be reviewed to ensure dispensed to leave a neutral smell that’s not overwhelming or under powered.

We are nearing the end of lifetime for our last update and already have one for the future scheduled to provide a refreshed look. Thank you for acknowledging we was clean. Our staff appreciates that.

Our staff continues to strive for exceptional stays for our guest. We are an older property scheduled for an update in the near future but continue to provide exceptional clean rooms based our unannounced inspections from Brand, AAA and Health Department. Unfortunately, the bar is is the only area of hotel that we continue to experience a staffing issue with. The rest of the hotel has remained staff with many staff members being with hotel for an extended period of time. We are contently recruiting to fill the bar position. Thank you for your review.
