We have arrived after midnight, pretty busy, unsure of surroundings since it’s dark out. The place smells clean but very disturbed when we got to the room and the sink is backed up badly and very gross. Unable to get another room as they are booked Pretty disappointed

Booked on Expedia, and later changed booked date at facility per instructions from Expedia. On arrival, learned that Expedia cancelled the revised reservation. Called Expedia and they couldn’t/wouldn’t (?) help us. Sympathetic staff at facility finally gave us a room and said they would work it out with Expedia. Expedia gets a zero rating.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The downside was the walls are paper thin. We could hear the TV next door, and people walking around in the room above us. Very annoying when all you want to do is go to sleep.

This is a nice clean and modern property. However, it has one big problem. Paper-thin walls. You can hear people walking in their room above you and basically hear any move they make.

Obviously the hotel is new, was very clean. Room was well appointed. If I could comment one negative, breakfast had dry cereal, but no milk? We also like milk with our coffee.

The issues of this property are NOT the fault of the single employee on site when we arrived. She was patient, polite, and a good communicator. However it is clear that the management and ownership is terrible. No one was present to check us in bc the solo employee was dealing with a guest issue. We waited 15 minutes with other guests and we couldn’t find an employee anywhere on the ground floor. We were knocking on doors and calling corporate for help. Finally someone came to check guests in. The room was clean. The tv and remote barely functioned. The lights all flicker. And you practically need a ladder to climb up into the beds. What a horrible hotel! I feel bad for anyone who works at this place or for anyone who books a room here. $149 or per night? What are you kidding??? Terrible experience. First bad review I’ve ever written.

Was given a key to a room already booked with people. Next room smelt like smoke when it’s a non smoking room. Was charged a $250 pet fee for a SERVICE DOG.
