"All staff members were courteous and polite, everyone is willing to help and always ready to provide service. Cleaning our room spot on and they go above and beyond with extra touch of decor and dessert treats every night. Special mention to Kent not sure if i have the right name but he is the security at front beach… who does not only stand but does more than security making sure all the guest are welcome and picking up trash helping other co workers. "The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!! "
