"Good location to get to the Yamato museum. The hotel staff were nice and the room itself was comfortable and very spacious. I would definitely go again."
"Beautiful classy hotel with excellent amenities. Staff was friendly and very eager to help us enjoy Hiroshima and Japan. Despite being out of town it was right at the boat dock to adventure and easy bus access "

"This hotel was in an excellent location, central to the train station as well as all of the Hiroshima sites. We walked everywhere, and it was so lovely. The room was probably the best layout of any hotel room we stayed in Japan with separate rooms for toilet and shower as well as the entire hall/changing area was separate from the sleeping space. This was brilliant and honestly all hotels should be set up this way! The amenities supplied were top notch (including the pajamas!) Highly recommend staying here!"
"Very good hotel in a great location, close to Hiroshima Station. We stayed only one night, but everything was excellent – clean, quiet, and peaceful. Shops were nearby, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy and without any problems. Perfect place for a short stay."
"During our 20-day journey, the most memorable meal was at UmiShima Dining, the onsite restaurant. Although it operates as a café and buffet-style venue, the à la carte dinner options were exceptional. The Wagyu steak was hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted, and the cod appetizer was bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive—attentive, warm, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend dining here.
The hotel itself is lovely and ideally situated for exploring Hiroshima’s key attractions and makes for a perfect base for a day trip to Miyajima Island.

"Excellent staff. I forgot my room card in the room. Got back in no problem. Breakfast has a nice spread to choose from. All you need is a few mins walk. "
"Staff was incredible. They accommodated my mom's gluten free needs even though we did not provide that info before we arrived. They worked very hard to modify each dish and was about to give my mom the experience of wonderful traditional Japanese food without the gluten. They were so friendly and helpful. This is a nice smaller town with lovely canals and I would stay at this hotel again. "
"Wonderful people at hotel, super convenient 10 min walk to JR lines and Shinkansen . Concierge can arrange excursions in and around Hiroshima.
5-Star across all dimensions."
