The parking was easy and secure. The staff was exceptional - very welcoming and friendly. We had dinner each night in the restaurant/bar. Criana was wonderful. The room was very clean, and it was pet friendly with parking on our level even though we were on the 3rd floor. Great space for the dog without being in anyone's way. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fact we had pizza delivered to the room. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful even though she did not have a lot of other staff help.

The staff at this Holiday Inn were very kind and accommodating. The place was beautiful, if I had to complain about something, id say the shower curtains smelled of mold and the tub was slightly ratty, but the decent beds and view made up for it. Breakfast is paid, so little different than most holiday inns that offer free breakfast, some of the cups were dirty, but all in all, not bad for the price I think.
