"We got our key card after getting help from someone staying there as she was walking out the door. Then we had a very hard time getting the door to our room open. The room was adequate but nothing to make it special. We felt like we were staying at the big hotel in the movie “The Shining”. There was nobody around and not a sound. Kind of creepy."

"We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room...

"All great. Excellent hotel. Note that there isn’t much around it, short walking distance, other than Equinor offices, a small supermarket and a sushi place. Public transport to airport 20 min walk, but taxis come within minutes, but are much more expensive. Staff and facilities are excellent."

"Had a great stay hotel is easy to find and in close proximity to public transport and attractions. Room was very spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and linen and towels of good quality. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Pool /sauna/and gym was nice .Area was clean . Only down side was we had to book in advance which was not a problem for us . No information was given about having to take towels to the pool with us so we had to nip back up to the room before we entered the...
