ZAVOKA, Eden Island: Private stair to the beach, quiet and peaceful, 2-4 guests

"We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful apartment. It was exactly as described and beautifully clean on arrival with a very large and comfortable bed. The access from the patio area directly down on to the beach was wonderful and we really enjoyed seeing all of the marine life in the sea.Eden island itself is a great location to stay. It is near to the airport and the main city of Victoria. We hired a car and got out and about several times. Having the plaza so near with a Spar supermarket, shops and several restaurants was really useful. The club house is also a nice place to enjoy a drink and some food. We used the swimming pool near the car park several times and were often the only ones there. The water was lovely and warm.It was fun to see the fruit bats circling in the sky above the beach at dusk and there are some lovely birds to see including the little red cardinals.We could have stayed here a lot longer. Mahe itself is beautiful and feels very safe. We would love to go back and maybe explore some of the other islands, but we would hope to stay in this apartment again. Many thanks, Cathy and Paul (UK)."

"The place is simple and great, Umesh was extremely helpful with any of our needs, and the restaurant onsite was very good. The pool is open 24 hours which is unusual but a great benefit with a nice view of the city from it. The rooms are basic but exceed anything you will need to make it a comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to go there again if I ever get back to the Seychelles. Jeff B."
