Amazing Condo at the Base of the Ski Mountain


Newly renovated fall of 2024 This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo is perfect for enjoying all seasons in Steamboat. Located in The West Condos, the location is absolutely perfect for adult groups or families with children. You can walk to the base of the ski mountain in a few minutes, its closer than the knoll ski parking lot at the base of the mountain. Sit on your couch at night and watch the Fireworks at the base of Steamboat on the weekends or go grab food and drinks at the base of the mountain just a short walk away. The transit center at the base of the mountain is also about a 2 min walk which you can ride the free city buses downtown, to the grocery store, etc. The location is super convenient and very close to the base and lifts.

The Condo is newly furnished and updated. There is a King Bed in one of the bedrooms, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a memory foam mattress additional 2" mattress pad for added comfort.

THIER ARE STAIRS IN THE UNIT: The Bedrooms are on the upper level and the Kitchen and Living Room are on the lower level, so there are stairs in the unit.

Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. The kitchen and living room area is an open floor plan with a eat in bar top as well as a kitchen table that seats 6. The living room has a new Samsung 55" TV and sound bar for you to enjoy, sit down and relax after a long day of activities. The Condo has wireless internet and cable TV as well.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

There is a outdoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs just steps from your door. The unit has 2 parking passes for guests as well that is outdoor, so no height restrictions your vehicles.

My wife and I have other rentals in Steamboat and live in town. We take a lot of pride in our rental units and take the extra time and care to make sure everything in the unit is right and your stay is amazing.

This was a great place. The location was amazing and the place was very nice. Very comfortable beds and cozy hot tub towels were a nice bonus.The host was very communicative and responded quickly.

Another great stay

It was our second time here. You can’t beat the location. It’s an easy walk to the base. My kids love the pool and hot tubs. The renovations since our last visit were a nice surprise.

Cute condo in great location.

I stayed here with my 2 grown sons last week. Everything about the stay was perfect. It was an easy walk to the lifts and the bus stop when we wanted to go downtown. The condo had all the little conveniences we needed and then some!

Great place, amazing location!

This is the perfect place to stay with a small group at Steamboat! The location is right next to the Knoll parking lot, which makes it a short walk from the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked, and the fireplace is nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Unit and Location

I took my two kids to Steamboat for a few days of skiing. The unit was outstanding and made our trip very enjoyable. The unit's proximity to the base area, along with the ease of check-in, parking, and coordination with Aaron, made it a property we would definitely want to visit again.

Ski Steamboat

Great location!!! Easy walk to the Steamboat Gondola, restaurants and rental equipment. The condo has been newly renovated and was very clean. You can enjoy the view of the ski slopes from the living room. We had a fantastic week!

Perfect Basecamp for Family of 4

Great property. Short walk to the gondola square and the steamboat busses. Our kids enjoyed the community hot tub and swimming pool. We loved it so much, we booked it for next year before we left.

Fantastic property in a perfect location!

This condo was perfectly situated for our family. It’s right across the street from Ski Time Square. It is nicely updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which is well stocked. Hosts were very communicative. We’re likely to book this place again!

Perfect spot

Couldn't imagine a better spot for our first family trip to Steamboat. Easy walk to the slopes, the free bus system, shops/restaurants. Hottub/pool in good shape. Well equipped and clean condo, had everything we needed. Great communication by host.

Overall we had a great time. The condo location was at the base of the mountain and across the street, easy walk to the lift. It was not overly spacious but it was very comfortable and clean. The owner responded to our needs almost instantly. I would definitely recommend.

Great condo - Great location

The condo was great! All beds and furnishings were very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you’ll need. The location is terrific. Just drop down the path to the gondola area and the bus line to get you anywhere you need to go around town. A short walk or bus ride to the grocery store. Walking paths everywhere. Just awesome!

So close to the slopes and great owners

We had an infant with us and adults swapping off baby duty to go ski. This location -- about a 5 minute walk to the gondola -- was perfect for that. Not quite ski in / ski out but a brisk walk in ski boots. We had a few hiccups with the stay but they were quickly and graciously handled by the owners. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit tight. But we were there to ski.

This was our second stay at this condo and we were still as satisfied as ever. Starting with the communication with the owner. He is very prompt to respond and provides you with all of the information that you need for your stay. The condo itself is perfect if you want easy access to the ski mountain. The walk is less than 5 minutes to the lifts. The condo is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Location, Location, Location

This is a short walk to the bus downtown & the base / gondolas. Property was clean, beds comfy, plenty of towels (including hot tub) & basics (like shampoo l, laundry soap etc), the ski storage was convenient, close to pool / hot tub, washer and drier a must when skiing, great views of mountain & night skiing. Owners are responsive & easy to work with. Recommend for skiing trip for 3 people!!! (Could sleep more). Nothing glamorous but nicely done!!!

Great property

This was our second time staying at the West, but our first at this rental. Everything about it was great and met expectations. The unit is updated throughout. The kitchen has everything we needed, including a large Crockpot. The large bag of coffee waiting for us on arrival was really appreciated. Bathrooms are modernized and very nice. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Plenty of TVs. Walk-out back patio was also great to have during warmer days. Very convenient and easy walk to lifts and the bus transit area. We were able to easily walk back to unit for lunch every day. It’s a lower level unit, so getting in/out with boots is pretty easy and there are just a few steps. The exterior ski locker was also a big plus.
