Mountain Trip

The front staff check in person was very impersonal and sounded like he was reading a script and couldn’t wait to get rid of me. The room that was assigned to us was on the first floor and right next to the front door and elevator so it was noisy until late at night and the bedroom was against that wall. The TV could only be accessed by downloading some QR code and didn’t work. We called the front desk and they did not help at all. We bought a puzzle since we couldn’t watch TV and dumped the pieces on the dining room table, there was grit or dirt on the table and each time you picked up a piece you had to blow off the dirt. We will never stay here again. We go to Steamboat at least once a year and this was a disappointing experience.
