Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

This was a great spot in Steamboat. Access to miles of trails and downtown Steamboat. Enjoyed the hot tub and the dog park right across the street. Very clean and the beds were so cozy.

Excellent stay
Quiet enough to be away from busy areas but close enough to ski resorts and downtown. The house itself is very homey and beds are comfortable. The unit is pet friendly and very close to a dog run.
We loved our short weekend getaway & this property! Our 2 dogs really enjoyed being able to run in the large fenced yard. Stargazing from the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down from the daily adventures! Will stay again!
Your dogs/kids will love the large fenced back yard. House and location were just right. We had everything we needed at the house.

Wonderful stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whistler Lodge! The home was very clean, very cozy, and had a great supply of dishes, etc. in the kitchen. We loved spending time in the backyard hot tubbing, grilling, and playing with our dog. iTrip also handled communication very timely and responsively. Hope to be back!
Everything as advertised. 100 feet from bus stop. Walkable to the resort, too. House was very clean. Excellent communication with property manager’s office. High-end hot tub. Great place for up to 6 people.

Fall family trip
What a cozy cute little place! Our family really enjoyed this house and we will definitely be back! The back yard was perfect for our dogs. The house was very quiet and cozy! The hosts were very easy to get a hold of when we had a question about check in, and checked in with us often! Thank you so much!
A small group of college friends getting together for a family reunion of sorts. The place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and dining room was a great way to spend time together laughing in the combined setup while the bedrooms were roomy enough for people to have a place to escape and relax for alone time. The property was clean and the kitchen is suited for basic family style meals.
My husband, myself and 2 grown sons spent Christmas Eve through the 27th. We brought our 2 small dogs too.
Nice beds. Linens felt so nice. Well appointed kitchen, room to spread out. Every room has its own thermostat. Couches are leather snd comfy but I was glad we brought throw blankets.
Hosts were very responsive and friendly.
I'd stay here again for sure.

Great stay. Would stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Whistler Lodge. We were able to bring our dog, which was a big bonus, and the property was clean and as described. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but iTrip team quickly sent the hot tub maintenance folks over to address it. The shuttle is literally one house over – very convenient. The kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, baking & cooking utensils. I didn’t think I would like the 4-inch memory foam bed topper, and although they are little bit warm compared to a regular mattress, I was staying alone in the lower bedroom and was able to drop the temperature down, making it very comfortable… Some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling in a long time. An added bonus was that the linens are professionally done and super clean.

Whistler Lodge Fun!
3 generations and a dog had a great time at Whistler Lodge. The huge backyard was an adventure for the toddlers. The off leash trails just across the street led to a lovely secluded pond. We were able to park our car (in the garage!) and not take it out again. The free bus stops right out front, and we took it to town, the ski area, and the rodeo! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, including the gas grill. The beds were very comfortable, the baths were clean and great shower pressure. The house stayed cool inside, we barely needed to run the a/c units. By a stroke of luck, we were able to sit in the wonderful hot tub as we watched the Perseids meteor shower! We’d all love to return!
This property is older, but the interior is updated nicely. It can accomodate 6 people comfortably and has many ammenities. We booked it because our choices were limited for places to stay with dogs, but now we would deliberately choose it for future trips to Steamboat. The beds were comfortable and I loved that there were lots of pillows, blankets, and towels; a roomy backyard and nice clean hot tub; washer and dryer, and more. Check in was super easy as was communication with management. If I could change anything, it would be that the check out time were later than 10:00 AM...11:00 would be preferable. I wouldn't change anything else.

Steamboat Whistler Lodge
We found the house very clean when we arrived. No issues with information about arrival so thanks for making that very easy. Driveway/garage was big enough to hold 3 cars which is one reason we rented this house. View from kitchen lovely. Everything worked as we expected from the stove, grill, appliances, TVs and wireless. The upstairs beds (king and queen) both very comfortable. The downstairs twin beds were not as comfortable. We asked that they be pushed together but they were not. The upstairs shower is very slippery and the shower mat helped but warning to future renters to be careful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again. It is very dated and could use updating however.
We loved this home. It was perfect for a friend ski trip. I loved the heated bathroom floors, such a good touch. Beautiful back yard for the pups and young kid. Overall it looks was great!
Had everything you need and a great location The kids loved the park

Would stay here again
Excellent communication, very transparent
No complaints...everything in the property worked, nothing broken.
Property is 30 yards from the local shuttle/bus which was a game changer for us.
Each room seems to have individual thermostats and that was nice.
Would stay at this property again

Whistler Review
My family and I stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time! Great location to the mountain and the free shuttle is literally at the end of the driveway. Huge benefit to not have to mess with parking. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking all our holiday dinners. The house comfortably fit our group of seven and everyone enjoyed have their own TV’s in their room. Lastly, the backyard was a playground for our Golden Retriever! No worries about her escaping and she could run and roll in the snow!
The house is in the neighborhood that my family lives in so the location can’t be beat! Close to parks, the path, bus stop: really a great spot. The hot tub was a fun perk!
This house is the best of both worlds for visiting downtown and the slopes. It was very comfortable for our family and the off leash dog trail across the street was a bonus!
