This family-friendly condo is the perfect home base for your next Colorado vacation. This home features an open floor plan and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This condo is perfect for getting rest after relaxing with friends. Gather around the table for a game night as the fireplace warms the room, or spend an afternoon walking around downtown and soaking up Howleson Hill’s scenic views.

Just a few blocks from your door is the main street, connecting you to all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And just three miles from your door is the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola, connecting you to over 2,900 acres of skiable terrain. This condo is also less than one mile to Howelsen Hill Ski Area connecting you to North America’s oldest operating ski area that contains 17 trails. When you're taking a break from the slopes, try out snow tubing, the mountain coaster, snowshoeing, or a horse-pulled sleigh ride through the snow. Come summer, take your pick from numerous hiking and biking trails in the area, saddle up for horseback riding, or soak in Old Town Hot Springs less than 1 mile away. During the summer months take a short 5-minute walk and watch the rodeo, try the Alpine Slide, or visit the year-round indoor ice across the river. Our unit is located across the street from the Yampa River where inner tubes are available to rent to float down the river. For those land lovers, rent a bike around the corner and bike along the river or around town.

Quick trip to Steamboat

Loved staying at this condo. My mom and I could make breakfast each day in the well stocked kitchen, and walk downtown each night to the fantastic restaurants. Bedrooms were comfortable. We both checked our sheets because they were so good! Condo was comfortable and clean. View of the town ski mountain from dining table was cute. Would stay there again!

Birthday getaway

Had a fantastic stay at this property. It is in a perfect spot to walk/bike to all town activities in Steamboat Springs. Farmers market is right out the door during the season. Restaurants, bars and shopping are all a short walk away. Property is well equipped and in nice condition overall.

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely perfect location, right downstown, walking distance to everything. The condo is very well furnished and has everything you might need! Including whatever you woild need in the kitchen to make meals. Very comfortable as well.

Perfect location

The house was exactly like the pics. Beautiful very clean great location has everything you need in the kitchen bath laundry. The only con it got very hot in the house had to sleep with windows open then the noise outside was crazy plus neighbor smoking and coming through the window was aggravating other than that highly recommend

Summer getaway

While it is dark inside, the location of this property is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown, river, etc...Only time we drove was to go to Steamboat Lake and Stagecoach. Second time staying here and well worth it.

Perfect location!

The condo was as described, just perfectly located downtown so everything from Botanic Gardens (1 mile) to the library (1/2 mile) and many great restaurants were within walking distance. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and despite being downtown there was minimal noise at night. The rooms were a bit dark and could use more lighting, but other than that, we had no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter ski trip with adult son

The unit was clean, well maintained, and well stocked kitchen, if you prefer to dine in. This is a great location. Once we parked the car we didn't need to use it much. The free bus to the ski area is really close by and there is every kind of dinning option an easy walk away, from a few steps to a couple blocks.

One of the best!

This was one of the very best mountain condos we’ve stayed in over the years. Super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Quick walk to bus stop to get to the mountain. Easily the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of extra blankets, towels and pillows. Super comfortable for a family of five, with two of them being 14 year old boys. Only tricky thing is that we could find where to put the trash when we checked out.

Great Downtown location

Wonderful location. In the heart of town, shopping, events, restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Lighting is poor in the living room area. Had problems with the air conditioning in the living room area. Weren't able to keep it working the last 2 days of our stay. The condo was clean but needs to be sprayed for spiders. We had large spiders in the Master bedroom shower and closet.

Amazing location and very nice place

Plenty of room, comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family. Perfect location to walk to town and restaurants. Low lighting is the only slight downside.

Excellent Place to Stay in Downtown Steamboat

First time we decided to stay downtown during our annual ski trip and realized this is the way to go. The property is outstanding, well-located, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever...and very close to all the great places to dine and drink in downtown. We would definitely stay here again...highly recommended.

Location Location Location

We were in Steamboat to do everything BUT ski, and this was the perfect place to stay. Steps away from dozens of restaurants and bars, and easy access to whatever you might want to do. Property quite nice, kitchen well provisioned, nice fireplace, good wifi. I’d definitely go back.

Audi Event in Steamboat

My husband, daughter, and I stayed in your beautiful condo for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We are looking forward to our next visit to Steamboat with the hopes that your condo will be available. (the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is that the closet in the Master bedroom, where we would like to be able to hang cloths if we stayed longer, was not available) Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo!

Steam Boat Springs Old Town Condo

Great location, guaranteed parking right in front of the 1st floor location, walk to everywhere in town, right out the door is Saturday Farmer's market (best we have ever been to). Kitchen met all our needs. Place was clean. Some noise from trash bins and trash pick up. Biggest downside was the living room and bedrooms were extremely dark. Difficult to read a book in either place. The rocking recliner squeaked; so did not rock. Overall a good place to stay.

Best thing I can say about this unit is it's location

Cleaning people were there when we arrived at 6pm and then left before they changed the sheets on the queen bed. There were dirty wet towels and dirty sheets laying on the floor of the master bedroom closet. The bottom of the refrigerator and drawers had standing water, so we had to clean the refrigerator before using it. The pillows on the beds stunk...really stunk! The code for the front door provided by HomeAway was incorrect, as was the internet information. Calling the owner solved both of these problems promptly. There were ample cooking supplies, however, not enough hand towels or wash cloths for the bathrooms, but of course they were wet and dirty on the master bedroom closet floor. As I said, the best thing was the location! Next year, we'll find another place.

Bad communication

This was the second year we rented this condo. The condo itself is very nice and in a great location to walk everywhere in Old Town. That being said we had problems both years with check in. The door code listed on Vrbo was incorrect both years. The first year we were able to reach the owner right away by phone and he said he had just changed the code. This year we called 3 times and left messages. Finally, after 2 hours and no reply we headed back home. The owner finally called us when we were 20 minutes outside of town and gave us a different code from the website. I even sent the owner an email 3 days before our trip with a question and he did not respond. It was a very stressful and frustrating start to a weekend get away we started out being very excited about.
