Close to town, nice property and wonderful views. Had a couple of issues, quickly resolved by property manager. This is our second time at this location and we will book again.
Exactly what we needed for a small family Thanksgiving get together. Plenty of comfortable space with split levels giving everyone their privacy. Hot tub was clean, the host left a grill with charcoal for us when we requested to use it. Host is very reposponsive. Place was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. Literally 5 minutes from everything in Steamboat. There is a popular hiking trail at the end of the road. Neighbors were very nice. Highly recommend Mazzola's for dinner while you are in town. Happy Holiday's!
Big beautiful house, scenic and convenient location
We stayed here for an extended family Thanksgiving get-together. The house was spacious and well appointed, with a stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The property manager was very communicative on the front and back end. Every room has a scenic view. There is a hiking trail just up the road, and another trail just down the road that takes you straight to town. We really enjoyed our stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Steamboat and this comfortable, well-outfitted home was a perfect complement to our trip. My husband, 70-yr-old mother, and 5-yr-old-daughter joined me for our spring break trip and there was plenty to meet all of our needs. We absolutely loved the town and community and had many adventures skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, making snowmen, going to gymnastics, story time at the local library, enjoying the hot springs, fantastic meals out every evening, and beautiful views from the living room of this home. We contacted the property manager for a couple of items and she was swift with her response and assistance. We will definitely come back in the future!
Excellent space for gatherings but also individual space. Sleeping areas on different levels offered various choices for singles and couples. I have never seen a rental stocked so well, even baby gates, eating utensils, toys. Kitchen was stocked very well. Loved all the decks! Watched sunrise on one and sunset on another + an additional one. Hot tub was great and lovely ground floor patio area with chairs and tables. Bike paths right there. Ski equipment room and roomy garage. The communication was superb both before arrival, requirements, instructions and after.
Hands down best option for large groups in Steamboat
First, the location is perfect. We are used to Breckenridge where we often have to drive a ways to get to the slopes and restaurants. This house feels private and is very quiet, peaceful, and what you want out of a mountain home, yet it is only four minute drive to restaurants. The house itself is huge with plenty of room to accomodate big groups. It is gorgeous and as pictured. We did have some issues with appliances - the washer didn't work, which made laundry challenging with all our outdoor activities. Candice did pay for laundry service and when the laundry was closed, the house service lady did the laundry herself. There were a few mishaps along the way, but Candice and Jessica truly did everything they could and it is certainly not their fault that the washer broke. As far as Steamboat goes, this was our first time and we loved it so much that I am literally looking for a job there. The town is no where near as crowded as Breckenridge and everything is so conveniently located. I was also pleased that grocery prices were reasonable. For activities, our family favorite was Strawberry hot springs. We also LOVED Saddleback ranch. We did a winter horse ride and snow tubing. And of course skiing. Trails were just as good as Breckenridge. The Steamboat Yampa airport is so easy to navigate that a child could do it and the airport staff were friendly- that's not something we see often in the big cities we are used to. Snowmobiling at Saddleback is also recommended. Comfy beds
Home was as advertised. Best views in Steamboat in all directions. Would love to stay there again.

Great value, great location, great house overall!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in Steamboat. It was close enough to town to make for easy access, but just outside enough to give you a little bit of space. The house is well stocked with pretty much everything that we could have needed for our stay. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.
