Promontory 19 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is also offered as a 3 bedroom. This is the 4 bedroom version. In the last few years, this property completed a very thorough renovation, remodel, and refurnishing. This Ground floor, spacious end unit condo boasts High Definition TVs throughout, a gas fireplace, loads of natural light and a Master Suite on the main level. With 6 Queen size beds and a King bed too, this home sleeps up to 10 very comfortably! Please note, the fourth "bedroom" offers great flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but does not have a window or closet.
Conveniently located only 200 yards from the “Stampede” Ski Trail, you will have an easy walk to and from the ski slopes, or for summer guests, to and from hiking & biking trails, the Burgess Creek beach and more! This property is close enough that you'll be able to ski home for lunch, send grumpy tired kids home without an escort, or you might swing by just to swap out clothing. goggles, dry your gloves, or have some hot cocoa.

Please note - The renovations and remodeling have given this property a very consistently high quality throughout, and it is our aim to keep it that way. As such, athletic groups, triple crown groups, sports teams, ski teams, etc must inquire before booking this property. For any guests booking this property, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Groups with adults younger than 25 must inquire with us and receive approval before booking. We do have other properties which might be a better fit for athletic groups, teams, or young adult groups. Please contact us to discuss options. Please also note - groups larger than 8 people will have to pay a surcharge of $20 per person per night on top of posted rates.

The property was very well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the slopes made the trip convenient.
Perfect ski condo with plenty of space and walking distance to slopes
Great stay, very clean, good communication and clear instructions from host, house fully stocked, location is perfect, views from deck are awesome. Only complaint is one of the mattresses (queen bedroom) is a little worn in and bed frame is creaky.
We had a wonderful stay at Promontory 19. The condo was so clean, comfortable and spacious. Its location offered great accessibility to the ski slopes. The customer service provided by Mountain Vacation Lodging was top notch. We enjoyed their proactive communication and prompt responses when we reached out. We would be thrilled to book with MVL again and look forward to returning to Steamboat Springs someday! We enjoyed our trip so much! Thank you!
I would say overall we were happy with our place. the one room was awkwardly configured with two queen beds. Kitchen was well equipped and supplies were enough. the front door lock was not working quite well but not a big deal. not quite slope side but a few minute walk.

just what we wanted it to be.
lovely. the hiking, mountain biking, mountain festivities, downtown shops and farmers market, views, hot springs, down time, all lovely. this home is clean, cozy, well appointed and walkable to all mountain activities. only tell people you like about this part of colorado, so that it stays the way it is.

Will be staying in this condo again
Had a great stay with extended family in the property and will plan on staying again. Have only a couple of minor issues/quirks that could've happened to any property but would not detract from wanting to stay again. Once we figured out where the shortcut to Gondola Square was through the adjacent condos parking lot, we decided to walk to the slopes each day vs try to get on the bus. Love the heated floors!
We are a family of 5 with three children plus grandma and grandpa. The condo was perfect for sleeping and daytime hours. The family stayed in lower bedrooms. The bunk rooms were great. Upstairs sleeping was perfect for grandparents. The living area was just great for family gatherings. The condo was well stocked, and we had everything we needed for our nightly family dinners. Each night we enjoyed the hot top and heated pool. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.
This property was located within walking distance of restaurants and the free city bus stops. The condo was spacious with plenty of beds and room for our family with six little grandchildren. The scenery was beautiful and the deck and fireplace added enjoyment to our stay. Our only issues were the property wasn’t as clean as we would prefer particularly under the furniture. We had a minor electrical issue on the weekend but the property managers responded quickly and the repairman was very friendly. We had a very nice experience overall.
Property was very well appropriated! Great supplies for cooking, wonderful quality linens, and lots of additional bath towels, and pool towels. Property management company was very helpful to us in getting much needed additional fans due to the unexpected heat! We really appreciated their responsiveness because it was quite warm… 10 and 15° above normal temperatures. Should make sure to Notes most mountain properties do not have air-conditioning, so the fans were! The pool is smaller than the pictures do justice but very well taken care of as was the hot tub. There were 10 of us and plenty of sleeping space for all!

Great ski trip with friends
This place was awesome! It had everything we needed. Well stocked, comfortable beds, nice kitchen!
First family ski trip with adult children and significant others - great house for a large crowd. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds and furniture. Will return!
Hot tub sign up times - awesome. Bathrooms - awesome. Storage - awesome. 4 bedrooms with 7 beds Queen size or larger - awesome. Heated floors - awesome.
Very roomy condo, with lots of comfortable sleeping options. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, pans, and spices. (pans could use some updating to non-stick). The balcony was really a plus-we were out there constantly. The owner needed to fix the completely torn screen at the slider though, as it was unusable for cooling the condo. Afternoons got hot, and there is no air conditioning. Overall, very nice place to gather with family!

Not what you wxpect
This condo has a ton of stairs. You don’t see them in the photos. Clean but dirty. Our feet were always dirty. Bedding smelled like old man sweat. The condo is pretty beat up. It was ok but not one of our better experiences. Do not recommend for anyone with toddlers. Patio hairs where rotted through.
Property was as advertised. Totally comfortable for a group of six adults. For example, there was adequate seating in the living room and around the table. Beds in all four bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice and there was good cookware for making most of our meals at the condo. The pool/hot tub towels were greatly appreciated. While not ski in/ski out, it was a reasonable walk to the hill. We received useful information regarding check-in and the condo a week ahead of time, such as ski storage, etc. which was very helpful.
