The townhome was nice. There were either no light bulbs in the living room lamps or they were burnt out, which was annoying because the living room seemed dark. The location is good and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

everything was in great shape, nice and clean etc. We had three families and a total of 14 people.Only recommendation would be to add bunk beds ( two sets) in the downstairs basement room. There is a marginal sleeper sofa there but it just takes up too much room and was pretty uncomfortable. You could easily sleep 4 teans in there with two sets of bunks. Other than that, we absolutley loved the place.

The house had so much room, and the beds were very very comfy. Plus you can walk to the ski resort in 5 minutes or drive and take 2 minutes. Close to everything would definitely recommend.

Great location, nice layout for a lager group. The keypad entry didn't work and the communication with the property management was spotty and the issue was never resolved.

This place was great. We had about 9 family members and a toddler staying here and it was perfect. Location was great, we could be anywhere in about 5 minutes in Steamboat. I'm from Charleston, SC so was a little shocked that the place didn't have air conditioning, but they had fans for every room which helped a lot. I would stay in this townhouse again. We all had such a great time.

We were not disappointed! Our place was so nice. It was very clean, had a perfect amount of space for all of us and then some. The deck is amazing. Sat around the firepit for all meals. Loved the upgrades. We will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house comfortably fit our party of 8. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the house is very well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen stuff and pretty much anything you would need. The only issue was the garage code didn’t work so we couldn’t open the garage from the outside. And the code from the door to the garage didn’t work. I contacted the property management company several times and by the third email they responded and did come give us the correct code (the instructions gave the wrong one) for the door from garage to house but the garage code still didn’t work well. You had to really pound it to get it to work and it didn’t always work. That said, the property management said they were talking to the owner about replacing it so this likely won’t be a problem for future guests. The house is conveniently located and there is a free on demand shuttle service until 5:00 pm every day which makes it easy to get to slopes with your gear (some in our party walked but it is easier to take the shuttle). The shuttle will also take you downtown but only until 5 pm at night. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed the house.

Beautiful town home, nice location. The decor is beautiful! The main floor is absolutely it's best feature. The kitchen, dining table, living room is great! The kitchen offers everything and is spacious - lending itself to a bigger group. We LOVED the deck! The fire pit table had 8 comfortable chairs and sat 10 (the number of our group -10 adults) with a couple added chairs. Nice big covered deck! We spent each evening out there playing games, visiting, and served one home-cooked meal on our 3-night stay. One afternoon-evening there was a thunderstorm and it was fun to sit on the deck and feel the cool breeze and smeel the mountain air! It is a typical mountain house - so no air-condition which wasn't too bad because our weather didn't get above mid-80s and the rooms all had floor fans in the closets and with open windows at night it cooled the house. Future ceiling fans would improve the layout.
The 4 + bedroom layout and multiple bathrooms was a huge draw for our all adult group (5 couples - our grown family - 4 kids married - no children). The Breakdown of bed setup - 3 bedrooms (suites) have a bathroom. The Master with a King - very nice room! 2nd bedroom though a nice room and decor - sadly only a double bed which was small for our taller than average couple (I'd err on a tighter fit room for a queen in this room) 3rd Bedroom had a queen and a twin bunkbed. Then there is the not official room with a bunkbed NOT for adults lol.... Half-length beds. But a cozy nook for a couple small children. The basement bedroom was fine...had a bathroom next to it with a sofa bed but only with what appeared to be a double bed. We managed in this room by bringing our blowup Queen mattress... We worked out our sleeping arrangement and we were all thankful for the wonderful beautiful house.
Management has been responsive and overall obviously with my 5 star rating I would recommend this house.

We were given the wrong check-in information and code. It took a long time to get anyone on the phone and we ended up having to use the owner lock box. We had difficulty using the garage for the same reason. Thought we were booking thru VRBO and it was another company out of Calif., not even anyone in Steamboat. Said there was bus access, but with this unit, the shuttle was not permitted. It's walking distance, but difficult carrying all your gear, and then up hill at the end of the day. Very disappointing.

A very overall positive experience with very clean accommodations, nice open main floor plan, great covered deck, many updates!!
July weather brought high temps during the day and additional fans needed. Air conditioning would have improved the stay!! The pool was very nice, just steps away. Great location to the village, gondola ride and restaurants.

We were happy with our group of 8. We were training and the space in the smaller bedrooms was tough with the amount of gear the kids had. Other than that everything was excellent. Big outdoor table for dinners in the summer. Very well stocked kitchen to feed a crowd.

Fireplace didn't work, back door wouldn't shut, property not as described, no information regarding number for the shuttle, no hot tub/spa, no shampoo and conditioner, no code given to enter through garage, horrible value, horrible rental agency.
Will never rent from these crooks again.

Everything was very nice, confortable & good quality! Great location just a few steps from the shuttle. A few suggestions put good quality toilet paper to go with a top class house. Akso the pillows could use some improvement... the bunk beds in the small room are very small so only children could sleep there.. other than that we loved it!

The good: The price was very reasonable considering the days that we booked for and the property was well presented. The location was great and the property also looked fairly new. The amenities available were decent as well.
Not so good: The property was advertised as a 5 Bed/ 5 Bath and sleeps 14. We were exactly 14 with 8 adults and 6 kids.
We strongly believe it was not advertised properly. Out of the 5 bedrooms. The 3 on the upstairs are definitely proper bedrooms. However, the 4th one on the top floor can hardly qualify as a bedroom. It can best be classified as a study/ den. By rough measurement, it was probably less than 8 ft in any horizontal direction and less than 70 sqft. The bunk bed in that room can only accommodate small kids.
The room next to the garage below is an extra living space with a washing closet and hot water boiler in it. The bed is a pullout sofa bed. While I am not sure if this one legally qualifies as a bedroom, it is certainly not the most comfortable one.
Really ugly: The downstairs bathroom shower was clogged and was getting drained very slowly. It took hours to drain a couple of inches of water. The first person who accessed it, was in pretty bad shape as she had to wait for a long time before she could wash off as the water showed no signs of draining after 10 mins. We called on the phone number provided. It went to a VM and was never answered. We later sent an email that got answered but there was no attempt to fix the issue at all.
The main level ½ toilet flush was not working and we had to fix it a few times during our stay.
Last and the worst problem we found was the bed in one of the main bedrooms was broken and held up with duct tape (we have already shared the pictures). This was a shocking discovery and we had to scramble to figure out how all of us can sleep on that night. It was a difficult process as some beds won’t allow an adult to sleep on those and two others were pull-out sofa beds. Obviously, some of us had a tough time that night.
To top these all, the property manager (nomadness) only provided lip (email) service telling they are looking into the matter and never took any action.
Overall, we felt this was our worst VRBO experience so far and we have used VRBO several times.
