Drop off your gear in the foyer mudroom and head upstairs to the split main level, the ideal space to spend some quality time with your group. The kitchen features plenty of counter space and modern appliances, perfect for the chef in your group. There is also a wine fridge and dining area with plenty of seating for a fun dinner at home. Head up a few steps the second part of the split level living area to find a entertainer's paradise. Fully equipped with a game table, flat screen TV, board games, and front patio access. Curl up with a good book, work on a good puzzle, snuggle up and have a movie night, or simply warm up by the fire on the large wrap around couch.
Ready to rest easy? Head to the Primary King Suite located on the main level that features a private deck, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. The other bedrooms are split amongst the other upper level and lower levels. On the upper level find an expansive King Suite with a private deck with valley views. The condo was great for our trip. We honestly didn't cook too much, but kitchen space was good. There's lots of space and many levels for everyone to spread out. Shuttle was perfect because the unit is not walking distance to anything. But a shuttle will pick you up and drop right at Gondola Transit Center or Downtown and all of the drivers were great.
Great place for my family of 4. My teens appreciated having so much space for themselves. Heating worked so well, we were super comfortable throughout our stay. Appreciated having a garage with direct access to the home. Communication with management was top notch. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Location was great- super close to the ski resort, market and downtown. The free shuttle service was so convenient (arrives within 5min of requesting one..right to your door!).

Fabulous well appointed condo
The home was beautiful and well appointed. Easily accommodated our group of 7 ranging in ages from 30 to 70's. Steamboat Lodging staff were available to help quickly and professionally to address any concerns or questions we had. The shuttle service was excellent - we used them daily to/from the slopes and to town. We'll be back!
My husband, daughters and a couple of their friends had an amazing stay in this unit during our ski trip to Steamboat this year! It was a first time for all of us - we loved the skiing and the town. The unit was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for all in our party (7 total) and all the beds were super comfortable! Property manager was super responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!
This was our second stay at this location and everything was great again. The unit was clean, easy access to downtown events and shops, and the management company checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. The pool area was great for cooling down with a large grass park area for catch or frisbee.

Late summer stay
I love the location of this condo for summer - super close (3 min on electric bike if that) to tennis/pickle ball center and 10 mins to downtown. Lots of stairs in the condo but each bedroom is on its own floor so there's a little more privacy. Super close to pool and nice, quiet, well kept neighborhood with flowers and maintained grounds. Lots of room in garage for our bikes and shelves for helmets, etc.
Steamboat has so much great stuff to offer and this condo made our stay so easy - perfectly located next to the mountain and close to downtown - I would recommend to stay here!
Great location - very convenient to Steamboat Ski Resort. On demand shuttle was super convenient and all of the drivers were very friendly and helpful! We were very pleased with our stay. There are several sets of stairs if mobility is an issue.
The best thing about this location was that my kids could sled right outside the back door. There were two saucers in the condo, and this kept my kids busy for hours! The beds were comfortable. Nice view of the mountains and enjoyed the close proximity to the ski resort. We were very happy staying there.

Excellent Condo
Great condo, my only concern was the two king beds, both mattresses were like a rock. Everything else was great.
This property was awesome for our group. We loved the location and the multiple stories lived well. We had a problem with our fireplaces and the company came out and fixed it for us. The only recommendation I would make is that the kitchen needs a double set of utensils/plates/glasses for the number of people the condo is able to hold.
We enjoyed this place and had everything we needed. Very close to bus stop. We didn’t like the very firm mattresses but that is owner’s preference but it would probably help to mention it in the info. Didn’t sleep well.

Beautiful unit. Split level with lots of space for our family to spread out. Tall, vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. Beds were extremely comfortable. Finishes were very nice and updated. Big kitchen that functioned well. Well stocked kitchen! We will definitely be back!

Big space, 3 bdr 4 bathrooms. Although the 5 levels were a challenge for older family member. This needs to be communicated in the description. Overall fantastic.
This property was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us to spread out. The property management team was very attentive and reached out to us at check in and check out. They property did not have air conditioning but it did have lots of fans. We had teenagers sleeping on the walk out level so they did not feel comfortable leaving the patio door open at night and did complain about it being hot at night in their room. But this is certainly not a reason not to rent especially when most of the year no AC is needed. There is a lot of stairs in the condo. There is 5 levels in the condo and stairs are required to get to a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. So beware if you have anyone in your party that has difficulties with stairs. We did not use the sauna since it was August. The location was very convenient to grocery store, Walmart, Downtown restaurants and shops and Steamboat mountain area. All within 10 minutes or less. We throughly enjoyed our trip and the condo. We would certainly rent it again!

Nice living area, comfortable beds and great location
Hello, Kudos to the staff at Steamboat Lodging for addressing various issues we had during our stay. They were very responsive and helpful!
Positives: the living and dining room areas were very nice and accomodated our party of six very well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The washer/dryer worked well. The foyer was a perfect place to store our jackets, helmets, boots, etc. Finally, the shuttle was an amazing convenience and one of the reasons we book with Steamboat Lodging.
Need for improvement: All of the appliances (except the washer/dryer) are in need of updating. We had issues with the dishwasher not draining properly, the ice making machine was broken (thank you for bringing us ice), the water filter in the fridge was either broken or needed to be replaced, and the light above the stovetop was broken. The kitchen had a hodge podge of old pots and pans, dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. It needs to be refreshed. All of the bathrooms need updating as well. It looks original, with low counters and toilets, old tub in master, etc. The hot tubs did not work for the first day or two of our stay (thank you for following up with the condo association and ultimately getting it fixed). Finally, it would be much more convenient to have a keyless entry at the front door than to come in through the garage every time. With the vehicle parked in the garage, we often would send one person through the garage to unlock the front door for everyone else to enter.
The unit has so much potential! We would definitely rent here again if these updates were made.
