Welcome to Fox Creek 2, your home away from home for your Steamboat getaway. This brand new townhome is located perfectly between the ski resort and downtown, right on the Fox Creek walking trail. You can easily get downtown on by bicycle (10 minutes) or car (2 minutes) for some shopping or dining. The ski resort is about a 5-7 minute drive, or you can take the city free shuttle (winter only).
This large townhome has room for 3 cars to park, with 2 of them fitting inside the spacious heated garage. You can also use the garage to store you skis, snowboards, bikes, and any other adventure gear you may have with you.
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a homemade meal. There is also plenty of seating for everyone in the dining area, with extra seats at the high top bar.
The main living area and half bath are both located directly off of the kitchen. Cozy up by the fire after a day on the slopes, or enjoy a movie night on the large tv. On a warm summer night you can enjoy views of the mountains from the large back deck while lounging on the outdoor furniture, or eating at the patio table.
Downstairs from the main living area you will find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, and a great at-home work space. You will also find a bunk room that can sleep 5, with a queen sized bed and twin over queen bunk bed. There is also a full bath, and a second living area with a tv. The living area has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 1 additional person.
Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms. The large master has a king bed, with an en suite full bathroom and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and is right next to another full bath.

It is the perfect place to stay for your next family reunion, wedding, work retreat, or any other event that requires your large group to stay together. The open layout of these 2 townhomes provides plenty of room for the whole gang to spread out, while also keeping everyone close by. Fox Creek 1 can sleep 12 guests, while Fox Creek 2 has room for 11. There is parking for up to 7 vehicles (4 of these being in the 2 heated garages), 2 large outdoor deck spaces, and beautiful gourmet kitchens. Fox Creek 3 is just 1.3 miles from downtown Steamboat, and 2.7 miles from Gondola Square. Hop on your bike, ride the free bus, or take a drive to town or the mountain, to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer.

Beautiful property. Big master bedroom. Second bedroom upstairs need’s upgraded mattress. Parking could be difficult in the curved driveway in icy conditions. Nice garage and easy entrance to house. Very comfortable living area with nice views. Spacious downstairs. Overall, it is a nice and quiet place to stay
This home was absolutely perfect. It was located close to town with easy access to many restaurants, shopping and the Steamboat Hot Springs. The house was in excellent condition with very nice views of the surrounding areas. Everything in the home worked perfectly. The layout of the home worked very well with 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs and 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom on the lower level, with the wide open living and dining area on the middle/main floor with a nice deck on that same level. The home was very well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
Check in was easy and they even contacted me to let me know we could check in early. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! This is a very well maintained home that was very comfortable for our family.

Beautiful home with a great kitchen. Property manager excellent to work with. Housekeeping perfect. Please consider replacing mattresses in bedroom with the bunk bed. As well as the downstairs couch.
Group of 11 comfortably stayed in this beautiful duplex which had all of the amenities you could hope for in a ski home: spacious kitchen / living room, luxurious master bedroom and bath, and a great basement for additional entertainment space. Would highly recommend!
Very nice house. Very clean and modern, with great facilities. Location very convenient to town. It is not on any free shuttle bus lines to ski area, so had to have someone drop us off every day or could have driven down to the main road to await a shuttle at the bu stop there.
Property was clean and as advertised. Maintenance was an issue, as the dishwasher didn't work, and two of the sink spigots were loose. The property mgr (Taylor) was great to work with, and noted all the maintenance items.
Great stay. The living space in our half of the duplex was larger than I expected. Everything is relatively new. We grilled on the deck and found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. But be sure to bring your own books, puzzles and toys if you want recreation; nothing like that on the premises. Otherwise, no complaints, other than that it was hot over the 4th of July weekend, especially on the deck during daytime. A box fan (provided) helped cool the main family room during the day, while attic fans in the upstairs bedrooms kept temps comfortable at night. This place is 5-10 minutes away from downtown, where we took in the July 4 morning parade and night-time rodeo. I was pleasantly surprised to find the downtown area wasn't overrun with tourists, even though it was a holiday weekend. We did spot a black bear ambling down an alley a block off the main street one evening!
This property is in a great location, close to both the ski area and downtown. The yellow line bus picked us up within minutes and took us downtown any time we called. If you are going to the ski area, they drop you at the bottom of the hill to catch the regular bus to the ski area. It has a heated driveway which is very helpful. The house is well equipped, nice big patio, and the grill works perfectly.
