  • Newly built in 2019, this home provides modern luxury and beautiful mountain views in the Sunlight section of Downtown West. Stroll 15 minutes to brew and barbecue from this conveniently located home. The neighborhood park and playground are a block away and feature sweeping views of the Yampa Valley. Guests can tube, paddle, and fish the scenic Yampa River or head to Elk River Road for public fishing access on the Elk River. Hike the Emerald Mountain Trail Network or the Mad Creek Trail, or ski Steamboat Springs in the wintertime.

    Back at your vacation home, you'll love the modern layout and decor. The welcoming living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a smart TV, and the office nook offers a place to plan the day's adventures. You can prepare gourmet meals in the bright kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances, and the dining table has seating with extra spots available at the kitchen bar.
