Unit was clean, spacious enough for 6. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortably sized. Living space was large enough that we left the sleeper sofa extended through the visit. Close enough to walk to the village in the evening. Shuttle was better for skiing transportation, as the uphill walk to the base carrying skis would be a little much. Later in our stay, we just stayed up on the mountain instead of trying to shuttle to/from the unit for lunch. Parking for 2 vehicles in the indoor garage was nice. Unit ran a little warm (even with all thermostats turned all the way down), but we would crack the deck door a bit when needed.

Great place to stay in Steamboat!
We stayed here for 8 days with our toddler and nanny and it fit our needs perfectly. Shuttle was convenient as we did not have a car. Large living room area. Kitchen is well stocked. Elevator and underground parking is a plus as well. Would stay here again!
Excellent place. Best part was that a real person greets you, gives you your keys and can give you advice face to face. No picking up your keys at a random lockbox.

Perfect location = Perfect vacation
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. So many positives! Walkability to the base, which has a wonderful summer vibe, was perfect for our teens to feel like they had freedom. The free bus allowed us to hardly use our car. The underground parking made it super easy to unload/load our things. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the condo was immaculate and comfortable, and the beds felt amazing! Highly recommend this condo!

Exceeded Our Expectations
The unit was well kept and very clean. The kitchen and living room had plenty of room so we never felt cramped. It had a nice Weber gas grill that apparently is not used very often. We purchased a new refill Blue Rhine tank and cleaned up the grates. It lit right up and it did an excellent job of grilling steaks and chicken. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials and the kitchen had a nice set of pots and pans that we used throughout our stay. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. We had a rental car but we noticed the Vacasa buses were always picking up/dropping off in front of the office. The hot tub was one of the best we’ve enjoyed and it is always a big reason why we chose a certain property. As far as the distance between unit and ski lift, it was a little longer walk than we prefer but definitely doable. Lastly, the staff and service personnel were nice and friendly. Overall this vacation stay exceeded our expectations and we definitely would return.

Amazing Location & Amenities!
Condo had everything we could possibly need! Kitchen was large enough for entertaining and entire condo, including public pool and hot tub, was extremely clean! The location was amazing; short walk to the base, equipment rental (Christy's) and Wild Plum. Added bonus was the parking (heated) and equipment closet with key to lock. Management was amazing and helped with everything and anything we needed. Shuttle service to downtown was quick and easy. (We didn't use the Shuttle service to the base because condo was close enough to walk; safe sidewalks all the way.) Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff, at desk and drivers. Shuttle to gondola and downtown was prompt and convenient.
Indoor heated garage with elevator to our room was the best. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Convenient 2-Bdrm condo close to lifts
Convenient location, easy walk to the Wild Plum or Apres Bistro for dinner. You can potentially walk to the village and lifts but it’s uphill from the unit to village so we opted for the free shuttle Vacasa provided. The shuttle runs continuously until about 5:00pm so it is great for getting to and from the village.
The unit was very nice and comfortable. The bed configuration is perfect for a family of four. Everything is in great condition and clean. Furniture was all nicely kept. We liked having a crockpot and outside grill for making our meals. Use of the hot tub after skiing is a plus but can be difficult to reserve a time slot. We would definitely recommend this unit to others coming to visit Steamboat!

Nice, well remodeled, but hot!
A nicely redone place. Clean, well maintained, good location. Nice underground parking. Only one problem is this is a middle floor unit, or perhaps the all concrete construction, and the place heated up during the day, and it was very hot all night long. There is no A/C (not uncommon in the mtns). This place could use more than one fan! Otherwise, nice unit.

Great condo, excellent location
Condo was well appointed and we loved the spacious rooms, washer/dryer in unit, comfortable bed, and balcony. Pool was lovely, we used it a lot. Location is so convenient to the mountain and little market nearby, and it’s a great area for walking. Office and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
