The property is exactly as pictured online. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were plentiful and great quality. There were plenty of supplies left for guests and the location was perfect and close to everything. The views were beautiful. The only negative is it can be a little warm in the summer. They had air and fans, but it was hard to cool in mid June. Overall, great stay and I’d definitely book again!

Good ski in/ski out location
The location of the unit relative to the base is good at less than 1 mile. Getting to a ski-able slope requires a brief walk and some stairs, but it is OK too. The Nomadness folks are communicative and respond to text messages quite well. My main dislikes are:1. Parking. Only one vehicle allowed for a condo that sleeps 10. Even then, we often ran into situations where there were no spots available. 2. Locks. 2 of the 3 keys provided where not keyed well and were difficult to get the doors to open. It would be nice to upgrade the property with a more modern approach to locks/security.3. Cleanliness and readiness. A good number of the dishes were dirty. The unit was also not equipped with toilet paper as it should have been.
Great property, great location. Not a true ski in/out but an easy walk to slopes . Kitchen fully stocked and condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy and condo was perfect for our family. Kids loved the loft area. Would definitely stay here again.
8 HS friends. Get together for skiiing one time per year. The place only really sleeps 7 adults. The upstairs has three doubles and no adult (unless partners) would be want to share a bed )We brought a blowup single so it smelled 8 fine!
The accommodations were fantastic. Well decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. It also had a great view of the ski resort. Nice large hot tub. Wish parking was a little easier. We went out to eat and had a hard time parking when we got back at 9 pm. Otherwise a great place! Would definitely stay again.
Directions to rental agency were inaccurate but call to property management resolved issue. Parking very tight because of snow but ok

Good location
We had a wonderful stay. The location was great. You still have to walk down the hill to get to the ski resort but we had zero complaints with the distance. The decor was beautiful in the condo and had everything we needed and more!
The view was breath taking from the living room! The couch was extremely comfortable!
I wish the condo came with a binder with instructions for the fireplace. Also, tips on where to eat, and things to do! The communication from the rental property was great however it was not as quick as other properties.
Thank you! We would absolutely stay again!
We found the property to be accommodating to the amount of guests we had. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed in terms with f cookware and utensils. Our challenges with this property were:
Only one parking spot available. For a unit that technically can accommodate 5 couples (we had 5 individuals) it seems you would allow at least 2 cars. We were unaware until it was too late. We had a very difficult time trying to find a spot that wasn’t $50/night to park our other 3 vehicles.
Next, the unit is very warm. There is no air conditioning and limited fans making it so hot none of us slept the first night. The owners did supply a couple window air units but they were not super effective in the areas they were in until the last of our 3 nights. We had to leave every window in the house open all night plus use the fans in order to get it a bit closer to comfortable.
Lastly, and definitely the most annoying was we had 1 set of keys for the unit. Again with multiple people it is nearly impossible for everyone to come and go at the same time all the time. Especially in our case as we were there for a bike race and all participated in different areas of the event. This was so frustrating organizing who had keys and when. But the key situation was made even worse due to the fact the handle lock on the actual unit was incredibly challenging to unlock. There were multiple times we weren’t even sure we could get back in and of course always outside of the property manager hours. After lots of wiggling of the handle and maybe some curse words it would open. But seriously it should not be like this.
With the exception of these issues we found this unit well decorated and the beds super comfortable.
We have been taking an annual family ski trip for 16 years. For us the trip consist of skiing all day and having a cozy, spacious place to hang out together at night. We dont care about bars and restaurants although this condo is walking distance to all these in Steamboat ski area. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a rice maker , a insta-pot to make soup and a crock pot and all the dishes and storage containers you will need.
The fire place worked well. A must for me coming from Florida. We want to be able sit sit and enjoy it. They had a beautiful mini bar with very nice wine and champagne glasses. With our sons now young men, fiancés and girlfriends are joining making our party now 8 . For this trip we only had six, but there would have been plenty of room for 8 because the upper loft is quite big with three beds and space to move around. If your looking for a convenient well equipped ski in and out, this is a good place.
I gave it 4 stars because we had one glitch. I moved the stove away from the wall a few inches to plug in the crock pot and noticed sparks. Of course this concerned me as this is electrical and it was evident the place had just been sold and remodeled. I call managment company who said they could not get anyone out to fix it till Monday. It was Friday. Granted it was Christmas, but no stove and not being able to cook for 3 days when your spending that much money was not cool. We could only eat sandwiches. The managment company did come out to check what was happening, they pulled out stove even farther to have a look and more sparks happened. So we just shut off circuit to the stove. On Saturday I was able to drive into town and found two hot plates which cost me $60. I have not yet been reimbursed for. I will say on Christmas night, when the stove broke, the owners credited us some money back since we could not cook Christmas dinner. We appreciated that!!!! I imagine they will not have an issue crediting for the hot plates which were $60, but it isn't resolved yet. The managment company seemed hesitant which bothered us. I am not sure why the managment wouldn't have these simple things on hand. I left them for the owner in the unit to have for the future. All in all, we had a great stay and once this issue is resolve I would give all 5 stars.
We enjoyed our stay at your condo and it was a great location for mountain activities and hiking. One thing that we didn't think was great was that we had to strip beds when leaving. We paid a good amount for the condo including a cleaning fee and that should cover your hired company to do the bed stripping. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.
Excellently decorated condo. Kitchen and bar are well-outfitted for use. It's a short walk down some steps to the ski run, but definitely easier than driving!
