Perched on the top floor of The Rockies community, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect blend of cozy comfort and mountain charm, just a short 10-minute stroll from the gondola and vibrant base area. Please note, there’s no elevator and stairs are required—so this space is best suited for those without mobility concerns. But once you reach the top, the reward is worth it.

The living room is anchored by a soft, oversized sectional—perfect for curling up with a good book or pulling out the queen sleeper for extra guests.
