Plenty of space in this large 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 4900 sq ft home. Views overlooking the Rollingstone Ranch golf course and Emerald Mountain. Close to the ski area, shopping, and downtown. Ideal for family gatherings or multiple couples looking to share a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen with SubZero fridge and adjoining Dining Room is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Elevator and step-free garage entrance make this home perfect for those wanting to avoid stairs.

Home was specifically designed for wheel chair access with an elevator and Bedroom 2 (Main floor master). Rental includes 1 space in the garage as well as 2 driveway parking spots.

Guests will have access to the entire home - one garage spot with easy access, the entire main home, and the outside spaces (deck, courtyard, and lawn). Owner will be staying in an attached apartment with a separate entrance. Owner will also have a garage parking spot and access to the lawn area.

Master Bathroom shower is a steam shower. The Master Bathroom, Bedroom 2 Bath, and Bedroom 3&4 Bath include jetted bathtubs and heat lamps.

Beautiful house, wonderful amenities, and wonderful location.

This house surpassed its description online in both beauty, amenities, views, and floorplan. The kitchen is magnificent and well stocked for entertaining. The host was great, extremely helpful and available for any questions. We had adult children with us and the layout of individual rooms and bathrooms was perfect for the stay. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this to others looking for a similar house layout, and the owner made us feel so welcome. A wonderful trip!

Great place to stay in Steamboat

The property was an outstanding place to stay for our extended family of 10. during our ski vacation to Steamboat. The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It was also centrally located between the town of Steamboat and the ski mountain. We highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home with everything you can think of at your fingertips.

This was a great experience from the moment we arrived till the time we left. Everything is top of the line. The kitchen, the see through fireplace, the steam room which we we thoroughly enjoyed after a cold day of skiing. The owner Chris could not have been nicer. We loved this property it was a great place for our family to get together. Highly recommend.

A great place for large groups

We have a family of 11 ranging in age from 16 to 75. Have a hard time getting our schedules to match so we can all get together at the same time. This place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living room and a Kitchen / dining area and a deck, so we could all be in one room if we wanted or spread out. Dream kitchen with large sit around marble counter to chat with whoever was cooking or to help prepare the food. Fully supplied with everthing to prepare, cook and serve meals. Also had a laundry room downstairs. Beautiful forest setting. Nearby hot springs were great especially for the younger generation who went mountain climbing. We all had a great time!
