Building is located in a great location on steamboat mountain. Ski in ski out and walking distance to ski time square. This building was built in the late 70’s and it shows. Our unit had several basic maintenance issues such as BB broken blinds and burnt out light bulbs in addition to a smell that I can’t put my finger on but am happy not have to endure any more. Building has a very musty smell to it when it does not smell like cigarettes or like a Bob Marley concert. All units are individually owned and the property management has no control on what happens within the building. We called about the cigarette smoke and they told us sorry there was nothing they could do about it.
