Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff and amenities. Front desk was courteous and took time to explain everything. Bell men were all great, helped with valet few times a day and heavy bags. Ski valet and storage at resort was a real plus. Towel service for gym, spa and pool were a real plus as well.

Location was good and ski valet! Our room keys were given to us and when we went to our room housekeeping was still cleaning. Had to go back down and wait
felt like they could have comped us a drink or breakfast for the inconvenience. Rooms were spacious but very basic and slightly sterile. I probably would look elsewhere if we decide to return to Steamboat. Staff were pleasant and professional.

The views were incredible and the room was very nice. The fireplace added a lovely atmosphere! I will say there were hairs in the bathroom shower from the last guest, but besides that everything else was very clean.
